Materials:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
1 cup of lentils
6 cups of hot water
1 teaspoon of salt
For the above:
150 grams of ground beef
1 teaspoon of butter
1 small onion
Quarter teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon mint
-The cup size I use is 200 ml
