Looks robotic, very weak, unnatural swing. Lot of respect for what Marty Hogan's done in his career but this isn't the best instruction for any players trying to improve. I watched Hogan back in the day and he didn't even swing like this, his swing was more pendulum. Now I definitely don't recommend the pendulum style swing mechanics for anyone learning the game but at least be authentic.
