I'm so glad I found your channel!!! We filed/opened an LLC in FL last June. and didn't know we had to apply for the sales tax. So we just did that and now I have to file a sales tax return from June 2022 - Current (April 2023). and I want to pull my hair out lol We didn't have very many sales, but its still all so stressful. Thank you for all your information! New subscriber!

At 18:25 you said the "the US Average rate is one point eight percent =1.8%" , you should have said "one point Zero eight percent = 1.08%". Just putting that out there. Overall outstanding video and I might be looking into your services as you clarified many of my questions. Great job.............

S or C Corp.. They are both corporations and would therefore pay a state income tax. I was told that today by the Florida Department of Revenue. Overall good video, lots of helpful info.

thank you, thank you, thank you! excellent info... idk if you would ever make videos specifically for amazon resellers, but it would be appreciated! if not, even this info and more is def thanked for! we do sell tangible products, but not all of them are purchased in florida, it is a nation wide service and even globally if you chose to sell in other markets. im very curious how those 2 scenarios would effect how i file my cooperate 1120 form along with state and county sales taxes? much appreciated! awesome content🙌🤘

As a computer services company, sometimes i have to provide parts or even computers to the customer. I understand sales tax applies here.
But most of my income is made on hourly services. If i sold a $1000 part in the same month that i billed $15,000 of labor, is the part + labor taxed? Or is only the $1000 part taxed?
If both should be taxed because of the $1000 part, are there any benefits to sending the customer two invoices - 1 for parts, and another for labor?
My last employer used to tax both parts and services when a part was sold in the same month, which i think was wrong.
    Thank you!
