    I like that this house has no carpet all throughout!

    I have a question? When you buy a home within this community, is there a homeowner fee like HOA?

      Yes when you buy in within this or any community, there would be an HOA fee. Here it is lower than most under $200/month; however if you preferred to avoid HOA fees altogether, I do know of a similar size/price home on a Scattered lot nearby that is not within a community.

      They have a larger 2 story that I just helped a client with for $433k before incentives.
