There is no will by anyone on the bench, off the bench, in or out of Congress, in or out of politics or any law position to do so. If there were even 5%, SOMETHING would have been done - or at least attempted. But to date, all we see are fines and gag orders with no consequences whatsoever for not paying them or violating them.
