I've thought the same thing about America not being ready for a female president, and I'm a female. The reality is, we aren't ready for THIS female to be the first female president.
You want to know why you probably feel this way? Because you probably have The Spirit inside of you, telling you it's not right. Flipping God's order just to "empower" women is sinful. Men and women are different and both have specific roles to fulfill. Having a female as president goes against that role. Right now, society has blurred the order God made, and that blurriness will lead to our downfall.
