Great Titantron, bad theme (it’s not that bad 1:37-1:52 was a perfect example of being the best part of the theme but Bret’s second WCW theme was way better). WCW could’ve easily pushed him to the main event picture by the time he debuted but I guess they wanted to start smaller by having him win the WCW United States Championship before winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship due to them not wanting to push him immediately in the main event due to his previous success in WWF. I’m glad he was able to defeat Chris Benoit as a tribute to Owen Hart (which was better than WWF’s actual tribute) and found his match against Goldberg to be bittersweet as I hated he got injured but I’m glad he retain the title and won the match (the Starrcade 1999 main event was basically the Montreal Screw job done correctly).
I will say this I don't hate this theme I happen to like it but his WWE theme is off the charts. I will say this as a WCW fan and Bret Hart fan. WCW should have and could have done way better with Bret he should have never joined NWO and should have stayed a babyface from 1997-99 before he left at least Russo did good by him at the end of 99 making him the Champion but then the NWO 2000 eh. I will also say that his next theme I agree with you I happen to like better but I feel Bret's 1st WCW Theme is not good it has that Country beat to it from what I remember.
@@WCWFanForever Bret Hart joining made about as much sense as Owen Hart joining the Nation of Domination (none at all and was better off as a babyface). NWO was both a blessing and a curse for WCW. They were a perfect example of you can never have too many supporters but you can have too many members. Part of me wished Bret appeared on WCW in January of 1998 instead of December of 1997 as he just had a great year in 1997 (like becoming WWF Champion on two different occasions, having the best match of his career at WrestleMania 13 against Stone Cold Steve Austin, reuniting with his family and them winning at Canadian Stampede) despite how it ended at Survivor Series and would’ve given him an even bigger clean slate but for what it’s worth,he got to be part of one of the most important title changes in WCW history at Starrcade 1997.
I agree with you 100% on what you said because I get that all the time oh WCW didn't do right by Bret but then I would turn it around on them and say oh but WWE did good with Owen right yea ok WWE didn't do right by Owen either.I loved when he was the Blackheart then becomes heel joins Nation then tags with Jarrett then finally Blue Blazer again why he should have stayed a babyface as the Blackheart teaming with Austin to take down McMahon but I guess they only wanted Stone Cold Steve Austin to do that.
@@kidz4p509 Because it's Jimmy Hart's attempt at making it sound like his Hart Foundation theme. And it's good music for a babyface. For the life of me, I don't understand why people love his last theme. It sounds like the beginning of a video game or the option screen of a video game.
I'm lucky I witness BRET HART time what a legend!!!
THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE!!
WCW can made worst theme and goat theme at same time i like the part at 2:33 if the whole theme had sounded like that it would have been a hit
THE BEST WCW THEME THERE IS THE BEST WCW THEME THERE WAS THE BEST WCW THEME THERE EVER WILL BE
Renegades of Funk-Rage against the machine
It's literally a modified version of his WWF theme.

Side note: I noticed you uploaded this video exactly one month after I uploaded my WWF version.

@@BlackenedLiam Your welcome.
Always loved this theme better than his god awful last one
And yet, you and I are among the tragic few who actually like this.

Hi is it possible to get this without the watermark for a video game project? It won’t be posted online!
