When you say the D is the top note for instance, are you saying it’s the highest pitched note or or what not quite following? How do you get to Melody note to ring out when you were playing all three notes?

Yes, the D is the highest pitched note and being played on the 2nd string. So I give a little more volume to the melody note by plucking it with just a little more strength. It starts to happen naturally when you are always thinking that high note is the melody. Good luck! Let me know if there are anymore questions. 👍

I like it a lot. Question though, are you taking liberties with the ending? I'm having a hard time hearing how that plays off the melody. Specifically the walk down after the D6 chord to the G.

Yes, for the last C chord to the G chord just the 8th fret on the 2nd string is the melody. The other notes and descending G triads are just tag or ending.
