How much height is required in a cabinet to fit this fully set up. I have 21 inches total height. Is that enough space?

You show the grey lever in the up position and then instruct us to start the siphon with the nearby handle. You then show the water flowing in your filter. Please make a note that the grey lever must be in the down position or the siphon will never start.

What’s the height from the bottom of the unit to the top of the primer pulley? I have a cabinet that is 15.5 inches tall. If I get this unit, the valves will be sticking out from the back of the cabinet.

Yep there is a flow adjustment lever

Nice video. I’m new to the hobby and want to replace the HOB with a canister.. can I just replace it or do I need to let the filter cycle through for the beneficial bacteria…?

Just leave your hob on for a few days after starting a new filter I usually give it 5 days
