    for doing what he does u need enough space and things like many dumbells etc..of course when we have more material everyone could figure this out , not needed 20 years for that. I respect u when u could come up with soemthing we could do with les material

      The whole system is based principles so it doesn’t matter what equipment you have. This is a shorter video I give away (and there’s more here on TH-cam) for free. I have a course that goes very in depth about this.
      You could do this with just dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight…. It’s a principle based system, not an “equipment and space” based system.
      Currently there’s over 1,200 coaches and gym owners using this all around the world, some in their garage, some in very small gyms with very little equipment.

    Are you setting these exercises up as a circuit? Like trap bar dl as a station, then a broad jump station and then db bench as a station? Or do you have 3 trap bars and 3 benches set up?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have multiple pieces of equipment set up. It goes as a circuit BUT in block 1 the breaks are pretty long, we focus on strength and power

    This is GOLDEN thank you I have been looking for a video like this for ages, I want to buy the training but I have a space that is about 100 square meters and limited equipment so I am not sure if the programmes would work ?

    Thanks a lot for the video. Really helpful. 10x10 protocol, 3 times, is not 10 minutes, or do i understand sth wrong here?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Every set of 10 x 10 takes around 90 seconds. With a 2 minute rest break and 3 rounds you’re looking at 9.5 minutes

    Thanks man, very useful. I have a doubt. If in the conditioning part you're adding rounds, and in the block 2 you are adding reps, how do you manage time, if you have only 1 h class, so you don't start the next one later?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's why I break it down in time blocks, so that I always stay on time.

      Not sure of the brand, they're pretty pricey but high quality. Can get them on Amazon

    If you had a small group class of 4 people and a small studio where you don't have multiple pieces of equipment, would you have 2 people double up?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, just like with larger groups we split the group and each one starts on a different exercises (usually 3 exercises in a block).

    how much rest are they taking on block 1? wouldn't that only give them 1 min rest?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว

      Between the big lifts you’ll see 2+ mins rest. For example, if it was trap bar DL, they’d do the set, do jumps, rest 45-60 seconds then rest 90 seconds and do trap bar again. The ramp up sets have less break since they’re warm ups. So every clients gets anywhere from 2-3, at most 4, hard sets in of each exercise

    what is the differece between metabolic stress and conditioning?

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว

      Think of metabolic stress being "high rep pump work" and conditioning is different cardio methods

    How do you have your clients track their progress? App based, print out, etc.

    • @Hpelite1
      @Hpelite1 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know he does for semi-private training. He gives them the option of print out and/or app.

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  ปีที่แล้ว

      They can do an app (QuickCoach) or have it on a written out paper
