Rabbi, I can give a VERY good example. I was a single mother of one child about 5. We just moved into a trailer. Since no electricity was on, I didn't know how dirty it was til AFTER we moved. I cleaned all day and was SO tired!!! At night, I heard someone trying to break in after I had put my daughter to bed. I was PETRIFIED!!!! The back door did not lock. I had it pulled to with rope and tied to a nail, I think. It was all I could afford and all that was available at the time.
I was shaking and so scared. I started praying and praying and praying. They tried the front door, the back door and kept circling the trailer looking for a way in. I was SO tired and was literally falling asleep on my feet. I kept praying. I finally remembered David HaMelech saying he could lie down and sleep knowing Hashem protected him. I told Hashem I couldn't do anything by myself ...not even stay awake any longer. I grabbed a knife and went to bed with my daughter and laid down and slept. Morning came and we were untouched. B"H!!! I should have known I would be ok as Hashem did not allow whoever it was to get in the back door....but I prayed til I fell asleep clutching the knife.
    Hashem is SO good!!!

Rabbi Alon, I would like to say how much I appreciate your effort to give us a true translation of what the Hebrew is saying to us. I’ve noticed that you do this in all your videos and I really really appreciate it. Thank you so much for your effort and your time to put together these videos for us I feel loved by Hashem that he sends rabbis who try hard for him to teach His way, the beginning of His way ❤

Thank you for explaining Hebrew words. Here in Montana trying to learn. You and your teaching are proof the Master has a plan. Torah is the instructions for life. Nobody has read the instructions. Time to read. Thanks G-d for order. Yes. Push up our trust and the Master will meet our effort. Illumination and compassion become one.

    תודה רבה על השעור
I have to pray at least Moda Ani, Asher yatzar, Brachot HaTorah, Brachot haShachar and Shma, before I can start my day. But, yes, sometimes I'm nervous in the middle of challenges. Hashem is in control. When I remember that and Hashem reminds me about Him, then I calm down

Shalom Rabbi, I remember a short story that you told a while back.. about the man who asked HaShem to reveal to him what the Birds were whistling about.. (Broken leg - House burning down - inevitable death)
I told that story to a man in the emergency room at the hospital with some sort of insect bite, while he didn’t seem amused by that story, and Considering the circumstances, I know he’ll look back and laugh about it eventually, and pass it on.
I think that the closest description of a memory bank and how we process things and apply them to life scenarios would be the mindset.
    Peace and Blessings from Australia.

The emotional movements are in the heart. Emotional sparks affecting our daily focus. Loosing focus through anger and lashing out.
    How can we control that?
Yes God sent us an annoying person and we lash out and then say oh, it was God. It's about IMPULSE CONTROL. Only a righteous person can act or react without impulse. I think Impulse is what guides us. So how do we work on it?
Impulse control or character refining is dependent upon our surroundings?

The big question we should be asking ourselves is how could we sin against Hashem in such a brazen manner. Then we should search ourselves. The fear we should have is how close am I to suffer such a decree and change myself. It seems we are being challenged to up our bitacon to help us through the days ahead. We have to know, no matter what is going on, Hashem is still with us and He's sending us a message.
