    $4,300 is absurd. My gf made about 6k all of last year and I provided most EVERYTHING.
    Can I still try to claim her or will I get in trouble?

    I have 2 chapter 11’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is bcz I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021. Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there. I am currently enrolled in Credit Patcup and I must say, I am loving it thus far. I’m doubling it up with your podcast videos and learning A LOT! Thank you. I’m ready to join the millionaire club!!!

      Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a Credit Patchup service , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

    Ok I have a question, my wife and I separated many years ago but never actually filed the divorce. She now lives with another man and has primary custody. She does not have any income. She claims that her boyfriend can claim the kids because they live in his house more than 6 months. She as a dependent herself can’t file taxes.. who claims the kids?

    does not having U.S. citizenship and not being able to speak English count as a disability?
    I think a disability should be anything that hinders someone's normal ability to get employment.

    • @TheModeler99
      @TheModeler99 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It does not count. You have to apply and get a card that proves you are disabled

    • @williampennjr.4448
      @williampennjr.4448 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TheModeler99 so you're saying someone born blind is not disabled because they didn't lose the ability to see, since they never had sight to begin with? That is the definition according to Googe.
      According to the IRS A person is permanently and totally disabled if they can't engage in any substantial gainful activity because of a physical or mental condition. A physician determines that the disability has lasted or can be expected to last continuously for at least a year or can lead to death. Inability to speak the language that is required for most employment is clearly a disability.

    • @TheModeler99
      @TheModeler99 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@williampennjr.4448 what I meant was you have to apply to get the disability status. You can't just claim it

    They should make claiming dependent easier for divorced people and people helping others. It’s partly why the world gets meaner and meaner because only the winner gets the spoils when in reality everyone helped.
