A dermatologist recommended some baby product for sensitive skins like Aveeno, Cetaphil, Topicrem, Sebamed, Dove and Vaseline.
Advised against Salvon or dettol , using a soft cloth instead of sponge and limit bathing with soap to just once in the morning and warm water in the evening in order to prevent dry skin.
Also, normalize using lotion for your baby in the afternoon if needed and sticking to cotton clothings.

I have oo and just like you said, it took some days before my milk came and we had to get NAN 1 at the hospital pharmacy...
