Very, very good information, the enthusiasm of your videos is SO visible and appreciable; I’ve been watching from way back in your earliest days and you have done exactly what you say you’ll do
You have transformed your physical appearance but equally as important and in many instance - critical for men- moved up to a higher mental platform and have shown that to improve one’s life you must embrace difficulty and challenge in all areas of your experience of living

    Mornin George,
That is cold! I know that cold!
Imagine what skate Dancing can do! At 64 my body looks the same as It did at 40! Minus the massive scarring! The wilderness has always been my gym and I spend 90% of my exercises on the white, quick twitch, muscle tissue, definition over size is more fluidity and youthful quickness, fact!
Btw ,I have had 15 joint surgeries, shoulder implants and 3 TBI’s and I still play ice hockey with my 5 sons! I cannot do some of the things that you mention doing but, what I can do on skates only few are able to do!
I share this to inspire others to never fear, never quit, all Grit!
Thank you George! You are an inspiration to mankind! Peace.

George, thank you for talking about the red light therapy. I was not aware of the benefits. In regards to lifting go easy when it comes to the joints. My rotary cuff is still giving me problems after all these years but I think it all started years ago playing lots of baseball. Lifting can aggravate it quickly if I don't use caution so go easy.

Bloodletting is great. I do not have hemochromatosis- which is a hereditary condition that causes excess production of iron that stores in the organs and causes organ failure, if left untreated. I am just very sensitive to iron. I was cooking with cast-iron for a long time and my iron numbers were elevated above normal range. Turns out it was the cast iron causing the excess of iron. I now use stainless steel or ceramic. Hemachromatosis and excessive iron saturation is prevalent in men. If you are not anemic, try bloodletting. Especially if you eat a diet that has a normal or higher than normal amount of iron naturally. I only use cast-iron once a week now or sometimes, once a month. There’s nothing like cast-iron in terms of flavor but sometimes it is good to switch things up. Moderation is key. One of the best and most important lesson I have learned.

Went to see Keaggy and Paul Clark play a mid-size church concert a few months back. Even at his age and after just having had laryngitis, he still sang like an angel and played the devil out of the guitar. PK is a prolific and innovative musician. He's always creating.
A part of me does wish we still had Keith Green, as he died long before my time, but I'd want nothing but the best for him and that's for him to be with his Savior.

I mourned Prince when he died. When I was six, we lived in a women’s shelter for a while (my mom, sister and me). Over Christmas break, the shelter played the movie, purple rain, for the Moms one night. Ever since then I loved Prince and that song. When he died, it hit me - brought all those memories back.

I lifted weights quite a bit for years and I've always stayed away from the bench press , everyone I know eventually had shoulder injury from bench press, it's not if , it's when you get injured from the bench.
I used to do dumbbell presses because the weights can move its not fixed movement and I never had problems with my shoulders , my shoulders are quite sensitive

The ibuprofen is great and all, but if you are active and want less pain, take Glucosamine regularly. Old tip from the five men I sparred every Friday for three years when I was in martial arts, all black belts.
