I saw this movie today, 7 th September 2024..classic movie..no.match of kaka..Such a beautiful but very tragic movie of legendary Rajesh Khanna ji😢 awesome acting by all the actors, especially Kakaji..A little misunderstanding and lack of communication spoil the whole life..
I have watched this movie more then 30 times throughout my life. I am 48 years old now. Great movie,great songs,great lyrics,great actors. As Indians we all are very lucky that we have such movies to watch. Thanks to the Director, Ashit Sen ji.
Wonderful movie, a mature, yet humourous storyline. The actors are all superb in giving their heartfelt performances . Beautiful India scenery too, and traditional clothing. Sadly, all of these qualities are missing in today's boring, banal, western style of bollywood movies that lack character development, even a sari is rare to see!! Luckily we have these old is gold classic works of art to fall upon 🙏✨️

Though Rajesh Khanna's superlative performance carried the day, Sharmila Tagore's journey (safar) replete with tragedies is the central theme. She evokes enormous sympathy without a shred of melodrama and so does Rajesh Khanna. 'Zindagi ka Safar' still is a raze with all its philosophical underpinnings and melancholy. Sensitive and heart wrenching. A masterpiece indeed.
