I went to this! Insane night. United were at home on the Saturday about 3 days later and we waded to the ground through an ankle deep sea of beer cans and QC sherry bottles!! The first game was well worth seeing also: bottle thrown on the pitch when Celtic were 3-1 up and going through. Nearest Rapid player clocks it and goes down like a sack of shit. This one is infamous for the two violent incidents involving the goalkeeper and the goalscorer❤ Great upload!
I still can't watch this ... I was at both games at Parkhead and Old Trafford ... Rapid were cheating bastards ... the bottle that was thrown missed the guys head by about 3 feet yet he came out of Celtic Park with his head all bandaged like he'd fought in the trenches of WW1 ... me and another million Celtic fans were delighted when Everton beat them in the final.
