This is the *only* time when i think Spamton and Jevil was written perfectly. Spamton’s speech pattern is hard to pin point but when it’s done well, it’s done perfectly
His dialogue is always disjointed in the game but it’s not a complete nonsense either. Best example is when you think he’s going to say “Art of the Deal” but says Art of the [Capitalism]
@@fist-of-doom487 the best way you can think of it is categorizing his words into two kinds. The connectors and the details. The connectors could be cut out and you'd still get the idea. "There's a pink doughnut, on the table in the kitchen", "Pink doughnut, table, kitchen". Then you take about half of the detail words and replace them with somewhat related but not correct stand-ins that sound like they could be cut from an infomercial. "THERE'S A PINK [[pastries today]] ON THE TABLE IN [[space to store your oven??]]"
I always thought of Spamton as sad and Jevil as free. Jevil is still the freest character in Deltarune and he uses it to play games with people. Freedom literally killed Spamton. And it's interesting how he talks about going further than Jevil, but Jevil is perfectly happy where he is. Jevil could handle freedom because he knew his limits. Spamton was in over his head and wanted to go to "heaven".
*And then after hours of both of them beating the crap outta eachother, the fight ended with both of them crying about both wanting to be free, and then after they had a mental breakdown they became homies.* *The End.*
This makes sense because Spamton was talking about being free, about "braking your own strings", he must have meet Jevil before we came along into the picture.
Jevil: You're trapped! You know nothing about freedom! You'll always live in a dumpster! Spamton: does this mean you're still interested in [[KROMER?]]

Or when he says mentions that he knows Jevil and instead of saying his name it’s [Clown around Town]
@@uncroppedsoopactually really good advice
@@TippedScale I had plenty of (excessive) time to myself to learn to replicate the way Spamton speaks out of boredom
Can't wait to see where this goes... (This isn't supposed to be pressurizing you to finalize this animation-the animatic was good enough!)
You really made spamton look confused like he knows what jevil is talking about but cant act on it
ooh-- That-- ooH- >:( :D
Jevil: *having deep, crazy, chaotic existencial thoughts.*
Spamton: *yeah okay but [Kromer] tho.*
*And then after hours of both of them beating the crap outta eachother, the fight ended with both of them crying about both wanting to be free, and then after they had a mental breakdown they became homies.*
*The End.*
As they should 😌👏✨
... Then everyone saw that this is good.
I love how Spamton literally phases through the door like a broken physics engine XD
While I didn’t mind the jevil memes, it’s nice to see someone finally saying “I can do anything” with its actual meaning of any suit of card.
This makes sense because Spamton was talking about being free, about "braking your own strings", he must have meet Jevil before we came along into the picture.
He never did, did you hear his actual backstory? He likely met the same person Jevil did
I love that for as in control and on top of things as Jevil was, there was a brief moment where Spamton no-clipping through the door spooked him
Jevil: You're trapped! You know nothing about freedom! You'll always live in a dumpster!
Spamton: does this mean you're still interested in [[KROMER?]]
Spamtron: Now's your chance to be a BIG SHOT
Jevil: Why of course. After all, I can be anything!
These were awesome lines
*Do anything :>
*Do everything
*Be everything
After Jevil fight with spamton he turns to three other figures: And what of you three, do you also pretend to be free
(Tune in at some point in 2023 for the answer)
You mean 2024 2025
@@triggerhappy4199 I mean it took two years to develop chapter 2 I was being generous and considering Toby might be releasing the next 3 chapters at the same time and given the likelihood of burnout, stress and outside factors I'd say 2026- 2027
@@silverblaze8766 nah toby said he will release 3,4,5 chapter at once in 2023 chapter 2 took long because he had only temmie chang in team and he had muscle pain he couldn't even type with keyboard
@@kendisnauss I had actually read that somewhere but you know sometimes you can't find the source you looked up so you either forget it exist or drive yourself crazy trying to look for it
@@silverblaze8766 oh well
I noticed that there is something when spamton offered the hyperlink
GASTER
i was waiting for someone to notice that hehehe
@@uberwachen7451 Oh dang, we were noticed by the animator! Hello talented person! 😄
Hahaha mystery man go brrrrrr
spamton calling jevil comic relief,,,,,, wonderful. honestly both of them are so hard to write well but are both written so well here?? love it. also wonderful art, like, so expressive, and I love how the things that cut spamton off are pop ups? wonderful
when spamton got his actual eyes i...
i would like to hugs him
I guess I can see why Spamton is afraid of clowns
This is by far one of my favorite animations of Revtrosity's audio.
Jevil: HEARTS, DIAMONDS, I CAN DO ANYTHING!!
Spamton NEO: 3X TIMES [Fire] POWER, 2X TIMES [Water] POWER, AND BEST OF ALL, FLYING [Heads!]
This is going to be a truly epic battle.
NEO has incredible defende and Jevil's body cannot be killed
nah man chaos is to OP
Jevil was really poetic there
And Spamton, instead of confident on securing his new life, was actually almost running and hiding from it
I loved it
I've seen a lot of people's interpreted Spamton designs but yours is easily my favorite.
This is the greatest Deltarune animation Ive ever seen, even if its not finished or coloured, it just connects both the mysterious characters so well. Also they just feel so cannon to deltarune, the animation depicts the characters personalities so well! Amazing job, earned a sub and like from me, looking forward to more!
Wow, this is fantastic! I love the expressions you gave them.
1:00 I'm trapped in this part, this seems so smooth. Now I really need more interactions with these two, I hope that someday it happens in game too.
Such beauty, like a [[Hyperlink Blocked]] made of anything!
so hi there im ging araond telling people that hyperlink blocked probably means free will of some sorts to people who i think doesn get it. sorry to bother you. have a nice day (:
YOU DID AMAZING HUN I LOVE THIS SO MUCH
You can't convince me this isn't Jevil and Spamton arguing in Kris's Pocket
HOLY CRUD this is amazing. this is actually amazing. i thought this was a joke at first lol
this whole thing is just breathtakingly incredible, but my favorite part has gotta be spamton clipping through the door
At the end, we are gonna have one huge brawl between 7 different secret bosses of deltarune.
It will be brilliant
I love how expressive Spamton is!
This is SICK! Jevil's and Spamton's conversation is so believable! I honestly hope there's more polish to come.
You did such a wonderful job with Spamton's facial expressions! I could feel the emotion and desperation behind his words to Jevil, even while being masked behind a barrage of "completely legitimate deals". Amazing work! 😊💕
The fact that he clipped into Jevil’s door tho I-
OMG I wish Jevil got more spotlight in first chapter. He's so freaking AMAZING here. Hopefully he'll make a return in another chapter later on.
Inorite! Just imagine if the card rulers were more integrated in jevil's story. Talking about jevil in hushed scared tones about what they did or going to do, and why they locked them up/out. So many possibilities
I like how in that one part Spamton starts glitching, kinda like whatever is controlling him is kind of saying “stop it, make the deal idiot”
Edit: at like 1:26
He's not being actually controlled, he learned about everything being predetermined and wants metaphorical freedom from the story itself. But it's a pretty neat detail I didn't notice yea
My god... I can almost feel Spamton's emotions, fear, anger, confusion... It's just, so amazing!
This deserves a ton more views!!
The animation and voice acting is phenomenal
Astonishing! The character Dynamic is stupendously accurate, he's in character crossovers is definitely something to behold and I would love to see a duel between these two one who claims to be free well the other the puppet on strings ( the OC Jester of Chaos versus the Octane Sequel Amalgamation)!
Rev's "I CAN DO ANYTHING" in this is so...perfect. Gives me chills because at that moment, it's like he's become Jevil himself.
He really got that salesman look in this artstyle
Only animatics but wow truly amazing
Also i love the expressions
0:13 spamton:yea fuck logic
1:18, when you can see his pupils makes me think that he’s having a moment of realization about something
Two of Gaster's children are fighting again.
(What, I'm not allowed to headcanon dadster adopting Darkners?)
_I mean considering he basically made them both go mental I doubt Gaster would be a good dad regardless-_
@@Marblesoda821 there could be a chance he didn’t mean to make them go cuckoo bananas he could’ve wanted to genuinely help them with whatever problem they could’ve had (I.e. spam man not having enough clicks) and then he let slip that the whole world is a video game that Revelation caused them to get a one-way ticket to The crazy train
I honestly love the idea of Deltarune secret boss being gaster dumpster child he picks up randomly
@@elizabethfaith4247 them what did jevil lack i mean he was a performer for the kings he was fine and im pretty sure gaster made hum coo coo banana pants for no reason
@@leonubalde391 Listen the G-man had been stuck on the vord for who knows how long and one day he’s just yielded into an actual existence and you know he starts panicking because holy shit I’m in an actual realm of existence again and he go’s up to the first person he sees and starts talking at them about void shit and the universe being fake and that and fucking terribly and so he decides to fucking leave and he goes to another drug world I think to himself OK maybe don’t mention the whole world being a video game The first time you talk to somebody and so it goes up to the little puppet man and he’s all like hey little puppet man do you watch in click‘s pub at man’s like sure and so they work together and eventually the Gmail is like hey your reality is actually a video game and nothing really mattered and the spam man takes it as well as you would expect someone to take that
ill be honest, i was iffy on the dialogue when rev originally posted it, but this... this was what changed my mind. it's perfect, i just couldn't see the exact idea until you put into onto paper, fantastic work!
This was absolutely fantastic, I just fuqqin love the depth and perspective you gave spamton!!!! He’s so expressive and adorable!!!!! Great work [slime]!!!
THIS IS AMAZING! i love the expressions,, the writing, the staging, the voice acting!!!! this is so good i will share it with my friends and family now
This so awesome, good job :D I love their expressions and the way you drew them!
I actually like this a lot, it's really expressive and has a lot of character, and fits the audio imo.
The only thing this is missing is one of those old "Who won you decide" screens that used to apear at the end of fights from that old animation channel that most of us watched as kids
I'm like 60% sure you're thinking of ERB and misremembering
I think Jevil really likes that HP dropping to 0 game
the moment they started speaking i screamed REVTROSITY
but that was so good, and so in character too! hats off to you, that was incredible!
This is actually so good omg. Like I think this is even better than I imagined
Bennnnnn bruh your animatics n shit always blow me away thooooooooooooooooooo
Spamton looking dejected as Jevil tells him exactly what he knows, only for him to spurred on by his puppetmaster to keep selling and yet at Jevil, is just depressing... :(
It’s hilarious how jevil is absolutely confused/shocked when spamton first enters the room
2:21 HE SAID IT, HE SAID THE THING.
Wooooow this animatic was incredible! Both the characters were very well portrayed and the plot was fantastic hope you make more in the future!
I love how Jevil's just like: the fuq-- *confuses Spamton as well*
The unspoken details makes this dynamic amazing!

it's so sad sad

Oh god this is amazing, I absolutely love the expressions. Not a lot of Spamton animations show this side of him. Very well done. 💖💕
