In the USA a marriage certificate has to be filed after the civil ceremony and some couples only file it after the fancy wedding hence if certificate not filed they not married.
Why did the first story says that the couple was already married in a civil and registered ceremony, but they're not married and breaking up? Yes, they are married legally, so they'd have to get divorced, not just break up. Civil ceremonies is for the legality of a marriage, whereas, the 'wedding ceremony' is more on the religious side. Something is wrong in the first story.
Based on the traditions and the way these marriages happen, I think these stories are based in Asia. I think they are translated into English to reach more listeners. But that's just what I think. Im not saying I know anything for certain.
@@jennifergoins8373you are 100% correct. A vast majority of these stories originated on Asian language channels. With India, the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan being the primary countries of origin. They sell their original scripts to English language channels (non-exclusive rights). Which is why the same story will often hit 6 different channels at the same time(also because some company's run multiple similar channels). They leave all the cultural references the same, and it can be confusing.
Typically they originate from Asian language channels (mostly Japan, but sometimes others). When they don't run the script past an English speaker we get some confusing ass stories.
That double layered background music is diabolical

Brilliant Paige has to leave , after her plan to take over
2nd story has so much background noise that I can't listen too it
I can understand why Lucas’s wife can’t understand what her husband is talking about, I don’t follow him either.
The music in the second story is so loud. It is very unpleasant to listen to.
Why do these channels have such creepy and disturbing backgrounds?
Why is the background music so loud I can't even stand it please turn it down so we can enjoy the story
I wonder who comes up with these stories. I know theyre not US based, they cant be.
