Here are my strategies that helped me to restore my thinning hair:
a. Avoid excessive heat products on ur hair & scalp area,
b. Keep your scalp area clean,
c. Apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra,
d. Use coco onion oil on a regular basis,
e. Go for a natural hair mask,
f. Avoid combing on damp hair,
g. Take adequate diet plan & prefer home foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, bakery food items etc.,
h. Last but not least, keep stress-free.

Hey mandvi, I was honestly thinking about haircare products, searching on it and u came like a savioue. Btw, im a new subscriber, I’m watching ur videos for about a week now and honestly i trust ur opinion so much wen it comes to skincare now. And I believed u are genuinely telling us reviews after seeing just 1 video of urs(my frst vdo of urs). You are so honest. Mandvi you have no idea how lucky I consider myself to have found your channel. Recently many youtubers have been recommending the new dot and key sunscreens and still recommending aqualogica sunscreens. All of them contain oxybenzone which you warned us about. There is no such thing like chemical free even water is a chemical...if you mean physical/mineral sunscreen I would suggest Neutrogena zinc sunscreen for Indian skin as recommended by Dr. V... Or any other sunscreen which contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide
