    Jordan struggling when he's around proper smart fans and not negative Turkish where it's easy to have a moan up and point out what's gone wrong rather than how we can put it right and what could hopefully go wrong for the opposition.

    Watch how the narrative changes around February. Just remember the sort of people who wrote off Arsenal and claimed Liverpool as champions. They’ll do a huge PR spin on Liverpool and say “ it was only Slots first season anyway” Watch and see.

    Jordan is being disingenuous/ignorant with his red card, yellow card stance. Yes, if the Arsenal players didn't do those things they wouldn't have received the cards, but why are Arsenal apparently the only team that has to follow the rules stringently.
    In the recent game against Chelsea, Cucharella was constantly in the referee's face. He's not the captain and could easily have been booked on at least two occasions, but this would never happen. That is the point Jordan is missing.

    I got as far 42:00 minutes, but I am afraid at that point I checked out. For the record 6 of last 7 PL titles City, Liverpool 1 this century Arsenal 2. Slot takes over a team in 3rd, Arsenal were mid-table. More work to do. Let's see where Slot finishes rather than extrapolating that he is better than Arteta on the evidence of less than half a season. Finally, you have to be pretty one-eyed to suggest that Arsenals reds were fair enough because everyone is receiving cards for those offences when its abundantly clear that's not the case.

      Exactly, its like trying to compare the guy who inhereted his family's fortune and successful business and the guy who had to start from scratch to become successful. Silly to compare. Also we keep forgeting that both Pep and Klopp were THE Best coaches in the world with lots ofbexperience and this is Arteta's first job as a coach.

    Aside from Ødegaard allowing Saka to make the run, it's going to open up space for Havertz AND Martinelli, as well as the 8 running through. This is the opportunity for Martinelli to have more freedom with defenders less likely to double or triple up. I think we'll see goals galore after the break.

    We need a prolific profile in our attack .Wingers need upgrading, too. Martinelli is hit and miss with his end-product often wasteful and ineffective. Saka has become predictable and easy to defend against. Rice for all his huffing & puffing in midfield is yet to produce any moments of quality to justify the £105m pricetag .

      Spot on. What your saying is right i dont know why this toxic positive has became a thing. Football fans have the right to criticise when deserved. This new type of fan is not Football fans, but the definition of a cheerleader and the owners thrive off them knowing they can pedal out PR PR PR and they will believe anything

    • @jrnhelgemagnussen9579
      @jrnhelgemagnussen9579 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      @@Random__is__resistance I follow all of these pundits, and they're NOT toxic positive, and they DO critisize. But there are always context to their critisism. The toxic negative hurts the team, and they often think football like it's a FIFA or managergame. There are way to many emotions around the negative toxics reasoning.
      Chelsea is probably the 2nd best team in PL right now, after LFC. Arsenal went toe to toe against them, and it was a competitive match. The toxic negative fans (the modern youtubefans) expected to run over Chelsea at the Bridge, and has utopia-vision around getting new players in. It is always easier to critisize, and overly negativ fans endorse critisism like it is a drug. I saw Curtis live-show just after the Arsenalgoal (just to listen to the foreplay to our goal), and I couldn't beleive his stand on Odegaard, because he wanted Odegaard out of the match. He also mentioned he wanted Martinenlli out. WHAT? If you didn't recognize how Odegaard knitted and organized our play on the field, there must lack some football-knowledge.
