I actually use Now You See Me somewhat often. I sometimes have friends over to play split screen co-op, and they don't know anything about BO3 zombies so explaining the whole GobbleGum concept is too much of a hassle, especially with all the other stuff you need to tell them about how to play zombies effectively. So when they're having difficulty and are about to down, I pop Now You See Me so it lays off of them. It's useful when you're playing with new or very inexperienced players who wouldn't think to or have the reflexes to pop a gum or use a monkey bomb.

On Der Eisendrache (or any other map that requires you to collect souls), I put on now you see me so that when I play with other people, all the zombies come to me. It allows me to speed up the process of collecting souls for my bow, because I don't have to fight with my teammates for zombies.
I actually use the whimsical one that messes with your vision (I forgot what it's called) on Gorod Krovi for the first 5 rounds so that I can actually see the Zombies easier.
Call me crazy but I think Eye Candy is actually pretty useful. Being able to clearly see zombies far away has helped me plan or side step while training and probably added an average or 5-7 rounds to all my games... who'd of thunk?
If you have a Thundergun and your friends are across the map, use Now You See Me. The zombies will leave your friends, and if they come to you, you have the third best wonder weapon in existence ready to blast them into tomorrow. Keep in mind, Zombies is mostly meant to be played with others. That's why some gobblegums exist that serve no purpose in solo, because they help in coop. Like Who's Who from BO2.
Killing Time is great for many reasons. Here are just 3 out of many: 1. Your teammates go down and it's a high round. Pop a killing time, revive your teammates, they go buy their perks, and have a moment to breathe. 2. Your team wants to PaP mid-round and there are too many zombies. Pop a killing time and get Papping. (only applies to certain maps where PaP is not a safe area. Examples: The Giant, Ascension, Origins, etc.) 3. You need to get certain steps of an easter egg done, but the zombies are getting in the way. Killing time gives you a moment to breathe and get it done. I'd put more, but these 3 should be enough.

So 2 things. Crawl space imo has a use for when you have the last zombie or last few zombies and you don't want to chance killing zombies by trying to use a grenade. 2nd is some of the gobblegums like respin cycle and killing time can be useful if you don't have the better upgraded ones.
Now you see me can be used effectively to help with trap trials on zetsubou while someone else is doing the plant trial (ie: fixes bad teamworl if teammate put plant in fron of bunker) You could make an argument for using it on Gorod to defend the Groph modules, but that isn't hard anyways
"Now you see me" is basically a poor mans "fear in headlights"/"killing time"/"Undead man walking". Considering it's a classic gobble gum and can be used very affectively in co-op boss fights, I don't think it should be on this list.
The time stopping gobble gum is actually useful because let's say a fire sale came out.You can take your guns with ease, or you are in a state of emergency, it gives you time to kill the zombies.

Now You See Me can sometimes be good on early rounds when you're trying to get more kills/points than the people you're playing with by drawing the zombies to you. Not that I'm that guy or anything...

#1-Helping out teammates while they're in trouble
#2-Hogging zombies for anything that requires souls such as, sword, dragons, helmets for revelations, etc.
#3- Getting that glitched zombie to come after you.

I was playing SOE, and I put the "Now you see me" gobblegum, because I thought it was "In plain sight". I was doing the EE, got cornered, turned it on. Died, and rage quited.

So 2 things. Crawl space imo has a use for when you have the last zombie or last few zombies and you don't want to chance killing zombies by trying to use a grenade. 2nd is some of the gobblegums like respin cycle and killing time can be useful if you don't have the better upgraded ones.

"Now you see me" is basically a poor mans "fear in headlights"/"killing time"/"Undead man walking". Considering it's a classic gobble gum and can be used very affectively in co-op boss fights, I don't think it should be on this list.
