-Light a candle (blow it out when you’re done)

-Meditate. It can help you clear out your mind so that it is easier relax
-Make sure you’re cool enough. It’s proven that when you’re too hot, you’re more likely to have nightmares
-Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind and bring more positive things before bed.

If you don’t want any ads I recommend downloading this app called musi!! You can listen to TH-cam with your phone turned off, but you have to search for the videos. You can also log into TH-cam and it’s like TH-cam on a browser :) and there’s no ads when you watch things!!

I mostly listen to ASMR while studying stuff to destress so I don't usually listen to the sleepier ones. But wow. Put this on at bedtime last night and I collapsed into sleep so peacefully.
