New commander of the UPDF Land Forces, the newly promoted Maj. Gen. Peter Elwelu loves singing. He says this is something that was imbued in him as a young soldier.
Elwelu who has taken his new office with gusto is eternally grateful the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces for his appointment and even describes President Yoweri Museveni as God's anointed son.
