      This is an estate, i feel we should cut our cloth accordingly to our material because cost of building a house today is may God help us. There are cheaper houses out there. If someone wants the security and other convenient that comes with this one and can afford it then he should pay.
      New house now are so dear for realtors considering building materials
      Thanks for your support I really appreciate.

    Bro,
    This is the problem. On the one hand, they want to grow Abakaliki city, its airport, shopping centre etc. On the other hand, they are chasing away potential investors with their exorbitant, flamboyant quotations which makes little sense considering the average wage. I don't know which planet they live in, but people need to be a bit more realistic in their expectations to avoid cynical disillusionment.

      This is not a government estate
      It is a private one

      Ok, and that is precisely why the state government must intervene to regulate the real estate market and prevent unscrupulous operators from taking actions that could discourage potential investors. From the comments here alone, you can conclude that people do not believe that these houses are worth the price. and this may have knock-on effect on others wishing to invest.
      That said, I must said you are doing a great job and for me these comments are meant to improve your services not to discourage you.

      I understand you well, but this estate is a private one and the resalers will want to make profit those that like it will actually come for it, beside things are so expensive now not like before

    1.3M for rent in Abakaliki? where do I earn 12M yearly in AI to cover up the expenses/ they should stop making things hard for people if they need more investors, this should go for 750K

    • @HelensCorner
      @HelensCorner  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      lol the 2 bedroom subsequent payment is 950k

    • @Exquisite.C

      @@HelensCorner Is too expensive considering we need more investors, things should be cheaper not more expensive, how can they cover the rent if so high? They will still pay other utility bills

    • @HelensCorner
      @HelensCorner  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If this set of developers can’t make profit it will signal others not to come and if others don’t come price won’t come down. Because is competition that triggers reduction in price monopoly won’t do that

      This reminds me of the very early estate built by the first military governor of that state along Afikpo Road or thereabout. Those houses were so expensive and they remained empty for years. I wonder what happened to that place now.

      @@HelensCorner even if it is not for subsequent payment the government would have make it more flexible for the people of Ebonyi to be able to at list rent it out keeping it empty like this shows that we like to waste money this house can be rent out and use to money to develop the empty space that they have not done anything inside the estate when we say Estates we have a lot of things inside like football field and a lot more to make it expensive
