I’m always reminded of the late great Barry Sheen when a journalist asked him “What’s the best thing about motogp?” He thought about it for a moment and then answered “The crumpet..”
I don't care what anybody says, these are way way way harder to ride than today's bikes. And I promise you if you put these rides in their prime riding today's bikes they will whip any one of the rides today from here to Mars.
In this era they were approaching, if not, surpassing 200mph however cornering speeds were a bit slower than todays motogp bikes meaning many of the corners shown here were 60-80 mph corners.
