I've a question about the service fees in your packages. Is there also a fee where you take the first month's rent like other agencies?

Hey Irni, thank you for your question! We don't take the first month's rent. We have a flat fee. In case you're looking for more details on our pricing, check out our website: expathousingnetwork.nl/rental

Hello, tnx for video, any chance you can help me ( How or where to rent ) I'm a writer looking to rent condo for myself I want to finish my sci-fi book in Amsterdam I need studio for 2 months.

Hey Brada! Thanks for your question :) Since 2 months is quite short, we'd recommend looking into short-term stay options, which will vary considerably depending on budget. For example you can check out Zoku (livezoku.com/) which provide studio (live/work) for short term stays. Alternatively, you might check out Kamernet for individuals who may sublet their apartments legally, home stays such as Airbnb, or other short-term rental companies such as The Student Hotel. Hope this helps!
