I cant help but think this is more symbolic then literal here I see it:
this all takes place in her mind. the people she erased are ether other persona or emotions. she found a way to make them disappear completely, and went out of control and got rid of them all. this invertanly cause her mind to collapse since she got rid of everything that made her a person.

So she grows distant from her friends family bullies and her crush AKA she deletes them. In the end she ends her own life thus deleting herself.

How I interpret Disappearance Addiction and A Fake,Fake Imitation:
There are two girls who gain the ability to delete or copy(according to the order of the songs).
In Disappearance Addiction,a girl has a crush on a guy and her classmates bullied and teased her,leading her to insanity.She now has the ability to 'make people disappear',including herself.In reality,she's not deleting people,but yet deleting different parts of herself and couldn't come back to her original state.
In A Fake,Fake Imitation,a girl wants to do her own stuff while still doing well at school.She asked for another her to do the school work for her while she enjoys the outside world.She got the ability to copy herself.She made a lot of copies and when she(the supposed real one) goes back to school,her school life has been stolen by her copies and in the end,it turns out that she's one of the copies.But what really happened is that she created many versions of herself,mentally.After she realized that it's too late to go back,she can't stop and even her own self is a alternative version.
In conclusion,it turns out that school has a shitty system and we should all be having many months and years of summer holidays.

I think the meaning is that she was bullied and went on a killing spree. And then slowly her personality disappeared just like her emotions. After while she hated the painful memories and tried to delete them. In the end she killed herself

miku kozuki People interpret the story in different ways, but the literal interpretation for this song is that the girl gets a mysterious app on her phone that lets her 'delete' people, erasing even the memory of their existence. She deletes first the girls who bullied her, then confesses her love to a boy. The boy rejects her, and, caught in the spur of the moment, she deletes him. Later, she regrets it, and tries to think of what a bad person he was but can't remember, so she deletes herself. In 'A Fake, Fake Psychotropic,' Gumi gets a mysterious app on HER phone, but this one can make clones of herself. Gumi makes a bunch of clones so she can do whatever she wants, but they end up replacing her completely, and finally she discovers that she wasn't even the original. I'm... not sure how they connect?? but that's the story.

She forgets about her personal information and other people's information. Plus it seems like she might have been bullied which could have caused it.
Also I'm pretty sure that the phone is suppose to be symbolism for the disorder.

I think I know how this story plot is:
So a girl is being bullied, then she found an app that will help her problem. At first, she didn't believe it, so the app make the bully dissapear. But the girl still doesn't believe it. Then the girl confessed her love to a boy. But the boy make fun of her, so the girl ask the app to make the boy dissapear. She was happy and decided to make every person that she hated dissapear. Until the app decided to make the girl dissapear too.
Or,
she decided to make everyone she hated dissapear. Then she suddenly realize that the price of making people dissapear is her memory. So, bit by bit her memory was taken from her.
And in the other song (Fake uhh.. thingy) the main character realised that she isn't the real one. (To be more exact, she is the first clone) So, I think the girl in this song is the real one. So by meaning she is dissapearing means she is changing.
Except that the app is a drug.

Everything from the lyrics to the extremely fast and quick changing thought patterns is exactly what it's like.
You have no idea how hard it was to find this bop but the chorus tune always stuck in my mind I had to find it again. Good old time
My interpretation is very similar to everyone else's, but here it is anyway.
There was a girl being bullied. The eyepatch and bandage were metaphors for her anxiety, depression, low self esteem etc. She found either an app or a contraption that could make people disappear, so, obviously she deleted the bullies. The bandage and the eyepatch disappeared, meaning she became more confident. Then she plucked up more courage to ask out the boy she liked, but he rejected her, so she made him disappear too. What she hadn't realised that every time she deleted someone a part of her memory/personality was deleted too, so soon, she realised that there was mentally none of her left.
I think it's kind of like the boy who cried wolf. She wants to attract the attention of a boy she likes, so she constantly runs away and everyone tells her to stop because they might actually think she's gone. She does it again, again and again and then when she runs away again, the world stops and she vanishes for good.

I think this all takes place in her mind, at the beginning the straightjacket part means that she feels trapped maybe because of a shyness or social anxiety then all of the people that she's deleting are just her own emotions and such then this great power of being able to delete things such as your own feelings & emotions begins to take over and it 'deletes' everything including her thoughts and everything disappears. Remember in Fake Fake Psychotropic where the girl wished for another version of herself (via phone, most likely an app?), and then her second version continued to make copies until it got out of hand the even the original didn't know who she was.
Well this song is literally the exact opposite of that.
I see it as, the girl in this song wished for one of two things.
Either she wished for a new personality/"to start fresh" as one may word it.
Or she wished for certain things in her life to disappear(?). The first is more likely though.
In the first interpretation, the girl loses herself. Her reasoning for the wish was because she loved a boy, but the boy didn't love in return, not only that, from what I see, she was also constantly getting injured, or possibly bullied (or she just envied the girls in the class idk). When she makes the wish, everything changes. Her name, her eyes, everything. The girls seem to stop bullying her, though she still hates them. She attempts to ask the guy out again, only to be met with failure, as he still doesn't like her.
Not only that, but no one remembers her. She doesn't have a family anymore, no friends, nothing. It was like she was never born. Eventually, the girl's like "phone y u do dis" and she breaks the phone, and dies along with it.
I'm to lazy to finish the second interpretation.

I think this is the sequel to Fake Fake Psychotropic. My interpretation is this girl realizes Gumi made a ton of clones of herself, and gets an app to delete all of them. But she gets obsessed with deleting people and starts deleting everyone she hates, until nobody is left except her.
