There is a gender bias in some cultures where the dream of a woman is still considered as a sin. The women’s has to use as much flexibility available from a greedy job and to satisfy greedy family to actually start her own family. The women’s income is always seen as a family income whereas men’s income is his income.
Factors like social stigma - not all couples can start their own family , most women’s labour along with the work income are used by the husband’s family.
It is just modern slavery in many countries.
The research is proof of what many women feel and do to maintain the family.

Work is slightly bias as can be seen on the gender disparities in household work. Only 20 countries shown when in previous slides show more and only a few are on the lower end for fertility and a deep dive into those countries show they have other issues like Japan has cultural. India and China have a large household work to fertility. which would throw off the graph and adding as well as other eastern nations would should they are not outliers. Other sources clearly show this is a zoomed in segment and does not show the entire picture. Overall glad to see the facts shine through.
