Watching the smiles and excitement of Brit just riding... then when she was driving, things went to another level. Listening to some of the commentaries while he was climbing some of the obstacles was both entertaining and educational. I have been Jeeping for about 53-years, but never in a buggy. Seeing what they can do is awe inspiring.

My Sister lives about 2 miles from Sand Hollow. It's a cool place, it has the sand and sandstone that Moab has. Utah is the off road paradise. Great video guys

It's where we actually grew up. My home trail. When we go home every summer I have my son drive. He started driving by himself on the rubicon at 7... now he is 9.

That was awesome!! Those things are geared as low as a military aircraft tug. lol. The only difference is the aircraft tugs that I've dealt with were diesels pushing around 1000ft pounds of torque.
Yeah, aircraft tugs not only have insane torque, they also weight *way more* than their size would lead you to believe.
Although, the ones at the local airport clamps around the front wheels of an airplane and then lift s it a few inches,
that way they have both the weight from the tug, *and* the airplane, pressing down on the tires, adding for even more traction.
And It seems to work a treat. :)

The ones I dealt with were mid 80's model GM pickup cabs with a very heavy frame and a 3/8 thick steel box like thing that was mounted behind the cab, and was about 3ft tall and 2-1/2ft wide and full of cement. I have no clue how much just that box weighed, but they also had heavy steel custom beds that you could hit with a train and it prob' wouldn't hurt them much. lol.

I think the biggest ones at the nearby airport weigh in around 50-60 tonnes … that's like, 4-5 times as much as an 18-wheeler semi truck (without load, of course).
They do have to repave the spots where the tugs pass by fairly often though. 😁
