I saw the Beavers play in May in Hillsboro and they looked like a professional minor league team warming up and taking batting practice. I noticed the University of Portland coaches watching them and taking notes.

Cleveland got lucky here l, but how often does the top pick in any major sports league draft got selected by as good of a organization.
How long does it take Bazzana to make the majors?
Maybe a September call up this year?
@@XaviRonaldo0 I can't see them moving gimenez to SS mid season. And college to pro is a huge leap.
Assuming Bazzana is the real deal, you could have a great first four slots in the batting order with Stephen Kwan, Travis Bazzana, Jose Ramirez, and Josh Naylor.

Sure because we couldn’t put CONDON in right field. 😂😂😂. We don’t need a power hitting corner outfielder. That also by the way led the NCAA in batting average.

I agree. Condon was my guy. But Bazzana will be very good. Just think we need a bonafide right handed power bat
@@Whaddayamean13 how do u not draft the NCAA leader in homeruns and batting average. 38hr. .411 avg. Baseball has turned into these generic stats like barrel rate and chase percentage. 😆. U can tell me all u want how important barrel rate is. U know what’s important. 38 HOMERUNS. From a right handed hitter. A .411 BATTING AVERAGE. Both tops in the NCAA. By the way he plays in by far the best conference in college baseball. I think sometimes the Indians try to be the smartest person in the room instead of just taking what’s in front of you. Ya sure Bazzana probably will be a good player. But I know one thing. He’s not the right handed power hitter that can play a corner outfield position beside Kwan.
@@Justin-pq3rq yep. I agree. They refuse to try to compete at the Big Boys table. The Yankees March out Soto, Judge and Stanton every day. We only have four regular day players and the rest are “scrappy” utility players. Such a shame
