I made a wire bender that easily bends a hard stainless steel 5mm round bar.
Up to 3mm round bar can be easily bent, but 5mm requires a bender.
It is a strong bender with M8 bolt as a fulcrum.

5mmのステンレス丸棒を曲げられるのであれば、個人使用では問題ないでしょうね。
私は羽子板で我慢します（笑）。

このワイヤーベインダーで90度正確に曲げるにはどの様な工夫がありますか？

100度位に曲げて計測し、差し方を変えると広げる事も出来るので曲げたり、広げたりして微調整ですね。
曲げる位置は軸のスペーサー中心より少し手前になります。
何度か試して位置決めした方が良いです。
