Can you help with how to make the related posts appear horizontally at the bottom? With arrows pointing to the left and right. Mine is only showing one related post and then a blank arrow on the other side.

I find this CSS caused the entire post title appear in YARPP, regardless of how long it was:
.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-title{
overflow:visible;
}
.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail{
height:auto !important;
}
