It seemed so longer ago that I, as a young kid, saw aowrt on a demo iPhone… i wanted to download it but my App Store didn’t have it (different market)… then in the blink of an eye it was gone… servers closed… then suddenly it reopened, abandoned by the devs, left to die in a shrunk and still shrinking community… then i saw ee… i was so surprised, they had such similar artworks… and now starzone…

Yeah I also knew about the dragon game a while back, tried it out a bit just to see the reskinned heros in dragon form lol.
Makes sense they'd reskin the same gacha game, it's addicting enough to make them money.
They are definitely seeing what is a big spending item and what is not, and going to add that to their new game.
They're testing to see if people are willing to spend 2-3k on a character (Sp) and if they're willing to spend 1k+ per character on a monthly basis( awakenings).
I think they're still trying to figure out how to make pvp more engaging and addicting so they can make even more money.

I definitely want them to keep EE, that “version 2” didn’t look as polished when the characters are on the field. I agree it’s darker which is cool but if they gave more love to EE and changed some stuff up I’d be okay with that

Yeah it is like a 2d (ee) vs 3d graphics comparison. The whole drop in from the sky mechanic...very coooool! And the atmosphere seems to be Star Wars 1 & 2 (EE) vs the much darker 3. Will I give it a crack...probably as a f2p player but will see hoe p2w it is...

I quit spending money in this game a long time ago. Jgigs and other CCs exposed that this dev was shady a long time ago. He put out a video saying he would no longer be doing content on the game. I quit spending then because I felt like the future of the game was in doubt. I'm surprised that the game lasted this long. I definitely will not be playing the new game. And it looks like my journey in EE will be coming to an end. If I were you, I'd start transitioning into another game. Don't let your experience in this game sour you on content creation. But definitely find a new game. There's a reason the game is losing massive amounts of players. At least it seems like it is. I know servers are being merged, and a lot of the guys I was playing the game with are gone. It was fun while it lasted. I think it's over.
The thing is new players are coming in to replace the people leaving.

Although it is hard to accept, this is the final sentence for EE, we are playing on the test server, they are going to release a game closer graphically to the more mainstream gatchas games, and this new version will be much more P2W

I don’t think it’s gonna matter all that much, I mean it looks a little more polished but I’m planning to stay here,if anything they can take ideas from that game and bring them over, I like the game and I don’t wanna start over, here for DTT and the original EE!

Having looked into this game’s website, it describes this game as EE Chinese server, and what we are playing is EE global server. In this case, they don’t avoid calling EE in China, so I guess they don’t affect each other? It’s just like PUBG M in China has another name called Peace Elites. Basically they run in parallel, which means we could get a graphics upgrade in EE? Or maybe not, since EE is nowhere near PUBG M…
I guess we’ll see.
Imo I understand your reaction but at the end of the day this new version will either take a long time to come here or not come at all so if the original version is still the same that you fell in love with and they are still putting regular updates, I think you could totally still have a great time playing it.
The argument "they are just milking us now" I think doesnt quite apply. I mean want it or not even after the ftp friendly elements this is still a somewhat predatory gacha game designed to take lots of money from people w gaming addictions, so imo its always been about milking us. They got the 100 different types of currency, they got the absurdly overpriced offers, the pop ups, the rng casino style roulettes, the whale offers, the giving you totally meaningless daily rewards. They pretty much doing everything by the book so in the end... I guess what I rlly mean is it is what it is mobile gaming industry at its finest
I understand the pitfalls of mobile gaming. But look at the UI issue. We voted on an upgraded UI overhaul for our EE, but instead they give it to the clone? Thats not cool.

If they don't transfer at least part of the whole donate... is an End for both games, I would like to say but there will be more new ppl than there is currently OG, in EU from 100 servers, there is no longer competitions in GvG, Celestials on top1 with 1T of dmg ahead 2 other guilds and rest are casual, are we talking about what 1k total of users who wouldn't move over?
Yeah I just got in another 10$ in after 3 month of being F2P and I feel a vortex in my stomach.. over the year and a half close to 500$$, can't imagine the whaling situation.

How did they get away blatantly stealing artwork? Also remember that the view they have there of the ship flying and viewed from overhead as a starting screen had been suggested for EE before through discord as well.

This also pops up under the name 'interstellar area 52', however I believe this is a reskin for the China market not a EE 2.0. I don't believe EE is an active game in the China market

They do have it in China. There’s a separate line item in Sensor Tower for Chinese revenue.

One of the Mods on discord floated the notion that the China release of EE wasn't a full official release (which I guess means they'll take the revenue but they won't admit they launched the game there) and SZ52 (星际52区) is the new full release for the territory. @@dylarrstwilektactics

I’m not starting over.
At least they are consistent. We knew from experience that this team loved reskinning rather than creating new content. Now they are just taking their reskinning expertise to great new heights! ETA: Coming up with new, original ideas aren't their expertise, so they play to their strengths. They steal ideas, even if they have to steal from themselves. REMIX! "That's how you turn one hit record into two." But as I've said tons of times on EE videos, to just redo the same thing is just so unbelievably lazy.

well if its really going to be like that, that they are just milking us now and are done with this version, then you know that when that star game comes out they are most likely going to do exactly the same, in a little over a year they are going to redo the game again, except ofcourse if that game blows up hugely, but i doubt its going to be much bigger than EE. so thats kinda a good thing cuz you either dont start taht new version game at all, or keep in mind that the game is only going to run for about a year (so spending isnt very wisely).
i hope this all isnt the case, but if it is then i think its a record for a game i play. they usually always die out at some point, but usually at least a few years until the devs give up.
We’ll see what transpires.

So i did some research and i think its one company. They keep pulling assets from previous games and making new games with them.

EE and other games have just taught me to not spend money. Too many game devs no longer care about longevity and fun.

Played SD2 for a few days, asked on their site if they maybe use a generic gacha game generator or just stole EE source code directly as it has the exact same bugs in game as EE too.

I'm suprise thou because i recall you made a video in the past where you said EE had confirm that they have the 4 -5 year plan for this game. so 4 years got shaved off in 2 months. To be honest i prefer the graphics of this current version of EE. I do admit that it is a bit lame when you just reskin something 100%. I feel like when we were playing mario bros and in asia they were the only one to get mario bros lost levels....
sadly i think if people spot spending in EE, they will just kill the game. it might be because there is still so much spending that they keep some dev going. well we will see i guess

I am highly disappointed. I've been praising how the game is going and doing for the past year but I am greatly disappointed. I was excited to A7 Masrani but I'll stop spending now unless they address this.

So what does this mean? Lol summon dragons 2 is actually quite fun...I don't really care it's a reskin. I wouldn't even mind them making a medieval fantasy reskin of e.e. how do you know that game isn't something coming for e.e. i mean its still an idle game it has the exact same mechanics. I have a feeling this is something coming for e.e. i mean why would start a new game with existing content and just call it a new game?
