Yes, I do think twice before taking out my Birkin. I've never had a problem but I only take it to places where I feel safe. Looks like you had a fun trip!

May I ask if the Orang sandals are true to size ? I got mind at my regular size but they are a bit tight at the front. (My feet are not wide)
I’ve been trying to break them in by wearing them with a thick socks for a few days now.
I hope they will stretch out.

Thank you, yes it is true to size in my experience. I’m a size 36. Yeah they will. Breaking them in should work. I have a similar problem with my get sneakers but they are much better now after a few uses. I hope this helps. 😃
