A new hepa filter will help it, because the filter is blocked with carbon dust the air isn’t being pushed out properly causing the valve to kicked in one turned off.
Your comment is extremely unhelpful!!! I already washed it several times and if you knew about these machines then you would know it’s got a design fault with the exhaust filter seal making this noise.

@@blakaeg it needs a new filter, washing them does not get rid of all of the dirt unless you are lucky.
