This is one of the only car channels that I still watch almost every video of. Almost every other automotive TH-camr has really lost their way I feel like and have gotten to big. They are no longer relatable in the slightest and have really lost touch. I love this channel bc it feels obtainable and genuine. Yeah it’s not consistently crazy 50k builds but that’s not what I’m here for. Looking forward to next year!

I honestly don't know why you aren't trying to find a house with a big shop or a place with enough property you can build a shop on. I feel like it should be a must. Like If you can get rid of having to pay $20,400 a year for that shop It's worth upping what you have to spend for a house to get it. Like even if you have to sell the gtr to make it happen.
Fr dudes got 36cars he said sell everything but the truck the SUNNY Colorado E36 ricer jzx E30 probably keep the Genny and the 350 he just bought as spare drift cars for the boys. His biggest issue is he needs a Zach and a mark full time Zach can actually build the cars and mark is fully capable of assembling and helping out
One of the things that has let this channel down for me personally in the past is the lack of focus. (I'm realising this is now due to "ADHD Chris") I'm glad that you and your team are taking steps to try to regain some focus. In my opinion the drifting is ok for a video or two but personally I'm here for the projects / banter between you and your friends whilst working on said projects. (Not too much banter, as too much can feel like filler content) I think your channel would do exceptionally well if you focused on 1 or 2 projects at a time and travelled less. I enjoy the cheap car projects but I'd like to see more than just miatas, and definitely see less of cars being parted out and more of them being flipped for a profit. (With the entire process documented, not just 1 or 2 videos and then we never see the car again) I'm a super big fan of this channel and I've been around for a long time. (I think like 6-7 years now) I still enjoy the content y'all produce but wanted to provide my opinion here on the off-chance you read this Chris. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this channel :)
In my opinion, any driving content is awesome. Love the drifting, but you right the projects and buddies messing around is what I think made Chris' channel so genuine. 1700$ a month for that is a steal. i paid 3500 a month for about half the space and not even ¼ of the parking lol. btw you should start a detail shop in your shop and stick to mainly paint corrections and ceramic coatings. you can make really damn good money doing that. after overhead i made 1800$ yesterday for 4 hours worth of work. You pay an employee 30$ an hour and you're making great money. just make sure he's efficient enough and good at his job and also make sure you can get enough customers in your area. You can even get accounts with dealerships etc. Then you can keep starting more and more businesses and really diversify your money. And you can make awesome content between all of those and also not have to stress about money.
From a business and entertainment (TH-cam) and also building higher end cars personally I'd talk more with Jimmy Oakes and get his insight on how to be successful and still have fun ..just my opinion though maybe also try to see if Adam has any advice to get u headed in right direction bc like u said if u put 10k in a car but if it's a worthy car that maybe u could flip for way more then it'd be worth it
