Well e passive, combined with stacks and the included ap as well as the good old shard items, Crit thresh is the exodia of waiting 3 seconds to deal 2k damage in one hit

With its 100% AD scaling and its 75% crit damage which can be empowerd by Infinity Edge, his passive can deal insane AoE damage in one hit! Not only Infinity Edge but also Navoris can be good to empower your abilities! And you can always count on Galeforce! Trust me.
Recasting Q allows you to basic attack again. It doesn't remove the stun, only the second displacement. Pretty useful in those melee range fights to the death

Liandry's -> Cosmic Drive -> Rylai's -> situational (Zhonya's + Banshees is funny) You just spam your abilities and kite enemies for days, constantly applying slows and burns while you're super fast. The burn from Liandry's keeps you "in combat" longer for your passive, ult resets, and Cosmic Drive.
Thresh E-Skill has a passive 200% AD-scaling on his next autoattack if you didnt attack for a while. Combine that with bonus damage crit items like Static and Rapid Firecannon and you can nearly oneshot people with a single AA in lategame.
