So to not get any mission in a correct place your random permutation of missions has to be a so-called derangement -- a permutation in which no element is on its original place. Interestingly, of all n! factorial permutations of n elements, amount of those which are derangements is n!/e, so the probability of getting a derangement is 1/e, regardless of n. So you have an approximately 36% chance of not getting a "correct" random mission and 64% othewise

I remember during one of the Catalina missions you followed the dudes all the way to their trailer park in LS and one dude had a minigun and messed you up.
Instead of randomizing the mission script order at the start of the game, the mod should randomly assign an uncompleted mission to each mission marker as the marker is instantiated. That way, each time you fail and retry a mission, you'll get a different mission script. It would mean that the really hard missions would bubble-sort their way to the end of the game, which is as it should be.
That's actually a pretty interesting idea This would only work with "All Missions" runs though, otherwise the Zero and Heist missions that aren't required for Any% would just take up all the hard missions

That topic often gets called 'sudoku' to circumvent the TOS of some sites. I wouldn't play it on stream really I remember DDLC was on the "bad games" list for twitch, apart from other proper fucked up games and pr0n games, just because of a single bit in that game.
