woodturning | 3 ideas for what you can do with a branch

a branch found in the forest and 3 ideas of what to do with it. a bud vase, a tea light holder and a bottle opener.
The bottle opener was actually planned differently, but inside I found something I've never seen before. I had to re-plan a bit

Was hoping someone in comments knew what that wood-be bottle opener piece had going on at its core. Some kind of mold. I was wondering if filling it with resin could work but am guessing there wouldn't be much strong structure to adhere to. Thanks for the inspiration. As someone starting off I need all the inspiration I can get :)
