This is exactly the situation I have with my tenants . They are not banked and I end up having to go out and pick it up in person. I try to use the time for my pro landlord qualification .

Yep, most people don't understand that a large part of the population has never had a bank account.
What is "pro landlord qualification"? Is this for taxes?
