Unfortunate not to succeed in the main aim again but all things considered you returned them to the top in Greece and had some good showings in UCL. Another handful of seasons could’ve seen you knock on the door. The variety in teams and differing approaches to tactics always makes these videos so great.
You could do the challenge by choosing teams from lower divisions in top 7 leagues. For examples team with past glory or well managed upcoming teams (Schalke, Deportivo Coruna, USL Dunkerque, Bolton Wanderers....) or even try different continents!
I know the goal is a European trophy but I reckon a strong showing like the last season in the CL is more impressive than winning say the Conference League. When combined with domestic dominance I'd say this was a very successful period for a Greek club

Loving this series so far, my only suggestion is changing your start points. The last few have been established clubs who jump straight into Europe and generally leads to success off the bat domestically. Using season 1 to take a team into the UECL instead of a former domestic giant into the UCL after one season is really doing you over down the line.
One thing I’ve noticed from these videos and even my own playing is that teams like APOEL, Qarabag and even Shakthar are so poor the further you go into the save, CPU really struggles with recruitment with those fringe euro teams that always usually qualify for things.

The complete opposite of the Salzburg model 2) would you be willing to do this with downloaded databases in Africa, Asia, South America, etc? try to win the Libratadores with a team from Ecuador!, the CAF Champions league with a team from Algeria, etc!

The reason the team is called PAO is because the full name of the club is Panathinaikos Athlitikos Omilos (it literary means the athletic club of all Athens). PAOK is almost the same for Thessaloniki. Panthesalonikios Athlitikos Omilos Kontstantinoupolis (the athletic club of Constantinople in all of Thessaloniki). Funnily enough there is a club of Constantinople in Athens too. AEK, Athlitiki Enosi Konstantinoupolis (Athletic Union of Constantinople).
