Very elegant and functional but after 3 years of owning it, it stopped working. I tried calling MK customer service and going to MK stores, they said they couldn’t help that I would have to send it in to MK to access it. I contacted them via email but I have not received a respond. It’s been over a month. Great watch overall, but you have to accept that if it stopped working one day, there’s absolutely nothing they can do to fix it. Very disappointed.
Hi.. by the social media option tab of facebook & insta called “my social” in the micheal kors & can be also accesed when ur setting ur background picture... & in lame man terms.. its a smart watch so its like a mini ph and we all have pics on them and its pretty easy.. Hope it helps :)

Connection isnt a problem but battery could be if you have everything on like maps, always on display, location services & using alot of voice talk as mine lasts me a full day easily :)
Hi, i have all 3 so its personal preference as i started with gold then silver & now love the subtle rose gold as its light where gold is gawdy gold & silver is silver so i wear them according to clothes to match but if wanted one colour then go with your favourite or what you would wear most :)

Hi, did u buy it brand new? And thats strange as they come half charged but maybe your putting the charger wrong as the plastic side should be connected to the watch and then u have to keep the crown button down for a while for it come to life. Hope that helps otherwise contact MK for help or replacement which they should as these watches have warranty

노빈이 hi.... u can play music on ur phone which i do as it connects to ur phone when u use utube and the watch is more like a remote control to mute pause rewind etc when playing music on the phone or through wireless headphones & yes the new michael kor has which i ll be reviewing pretty soon along with the new fossil and apple watch and those can :)

hey.. I hope im given u the rite answer but the newer the better and I have the Sofie which has everything shown in the review as standard and much more as once u connect to google/android it will start popping up help/steps and u ll get the hang of it..pretty easy if ur a little tech savvy.
That looks like the Fossil Gen 3 charger. Michael Kors and Fossil smart watches are made by the same company. Skagen and Armani smart watches as well. They all share the same chargers.
it is partially compatible with iPhone as apple has a close iOS platform where androids is much more open. hence it being an android watch it wont allow phone calls to be answered or regular texts to be read out or sent but all notifications of WhatsApp etc will come through (can be read)
hi.. it should.. sorry for the late reply.. I was traveling.. I only control my phone from the watch.. have u checked for all apps to be updated and make sure bluetooth is connected and even wifi when near by... and for volume u need to first scroll It down like my video.. hope it helps

I was able to answer phone calls with the watch but I had my EarPods on. I also asked a weather question and it answered audibly, so I think it has a speaker.

Lucia DosSantos hi.. batt life is actualy not good at all on this model esp if u want to use some actual features as my batt was so bad i had to sent it in to get it repair and mk service is not good so they just sent it bak... but to answer ur question i had pretty much all feature off & had it as a beautiful feature on my hand with the lowest resolution and no nothin and still hardly got 15 mins to 1 hr or so if i was lucky as some things like utube etc dont disconnect if even u turn it off in settings which i did but it would still connect when used
look Into the new galaxy watch or the new 4th gens fossil or mk where it was software upgrade but processor is still the same but big difference as 1 new fossil video already updated

yes it does..u need to check your settings...or reset/restore your watch..maybe its on silent settings without knowing
