Thanks for uploading of this 'Brady Bunch Exposed' documentary. It was interesting to watch. I love seeing 'behind-the-scenes' features of my favourite shows.
If you wanna get some in depth truth from Maureen McCormick, read her book - titled: "Here's the Story". Her real life was completely different than that of her character. I was quite surprised at some of the things she experienced. The details provided a significant piece of the puzzle to all things Brady. Definitely was a worthy read.
"...remembered but not forgotten." From the Department of Redundancy Department. You do realize that "remembered" and "not forgotten" are the same thing, I hope?
didnt yogi berra say that? personally i think it will never be forgotten but always remembered. people will always like it but not hate it. it was a great show but not an ungreat show.
The reason we love the Brady Bunch is because they are NOT real! They are that perfect fantasy family we all wish we could be a part of. Our inner child craves to be a Brady! (even those who won't admit it, maybe especially those!!!)
Why didn't the documentary mention Christopher Knight (Peter Brady) and Adrienne Curry (1st ANTM Winner) reality show called "My Fair Brady" reality show on VH1?
It’s nice to see that even Robert Reed, who initally detested the show, has such fond memories of working with the cast and could even get past his differences with Schwartz. Sometimes even when we think we’re on the wrong path, it’s all part of a grand scheme that helps us grow and shapes who we become.
I was happy to see that too. I noticed his interviews later in his life seemed to be much more positive towards his experience. I hope he was able to see the value he added to the show.
every time I would see Maureen McCormick after 1980 all I could think of is her kissing Peter Gallagher in the movie The idolmaker. I have been angry since that day until seeing a couple of hours of these videos on TH-cam. she seems like such a sweet fun woman. but my favorite will always be the youngest Cindy. I spent two years of my life learning to speak with a list so I could be exactly like her. My mother even had my hair exactly like hers in my 1st grade school picture in 1970-71. my mom would take me to the doctor to try to figure out how I developed a lisp. the diagnosis was that because I had to learn to speak English from Hungarian was the reason! I still think Cindy is totally adorable! and Florence Henderson is still the most beautiful woman inside and out!
What a fantastic series, I loved it so much!! Makes me want to watch the brady bunch ♥ Some of the cast wanted it to be more realistic to what real life was like, well, us kids lived what real life was like and we loved the show so much because it was not like real life. It was our escape and still is at 52 years old. The Brady Bunch will never die and for the cast members who don't want to be associated with the show, SHAME ON YOU, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE REMEMBERED AS A BRADY. You were being paid to play a role as an actor for the audience. we gave you the ratings, we made you a star, and you will always and forever be remembered as a Brady, and now your complaining? SHAME ON YOU for turning your backs on us, your audience. Loved the documentary, thank you for uploading it for all of us!! -Walks away, grabs my glass of Tang, hops on the couch and turns on the Brady Bunch-
Not once during this entire series of "exposed" documentaries did Cousin Oliver get mentioned. And it looked to me like in the spin-off with the kids' families, the kid from Home Improvement played a part.
I enjoyed all these. I was a HUGE fan of the "Brady Bunch" , but they forgot to mention cousin Oliver and Phyllis Diller, who played the ugly aunt who use to look like Jan in her younger days and later( when ugly) got tons of wedding proposals.
why didnt they just QUIT already...with the shitty music crap. horrible then.....and now. dumb spin moves......goofy outfits......the series was plenty groovy and far out enough man. sorry greg....you sucked big ones. eve was my girl though.
Alison Wonderland Initially, 12 children were to be chosen; 3 blond girls/ 3 dark haired boys and 3 blond boys/3 dark haired girls with the final 6 to be matched to the parents hair colour. When Schwartz interviewed Susan Olsen, he knew she was perfect - she was the lock which made the blond boys/dark haired girls redundant.

loved all these parts. thanks for uploading. great documentary.
I can’t believe 7 episodes were squeezed out of this series. Just imagine how many you could get out of “Gunsmoke”. 28 episodes!! Go for it !!
The Brady Bunch will always be remembered but not forgotten
How about "forgiven?"--hahaha...
"...remembered but not forgotten." From the Department of Redundancy Department. You do realize that "remembered" and "not forgotten" are the same thing, I hope?
Its Called............. GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN!!!!!

rest in peace to Mike dad Carol mom 😭💔🙏🕊️
Don't forget Alice.

I still watch it. My favorite show ever
I loved watching all of the Brady Bunch Exposed. Very well done ❤

Must have been filmed/shown before that was on the air.

When you're going to be remembered for something good the rest of your life...and even after...you don't complain.
I KNOW! I bet Eve Plumb will be complaining even after she's dead...
Ha Ha
You left out cousin Oliver
I watch all 1 through 8 of this documentary , thank you much
That was really good! Thanks for the videos. Really liked them.
The Brady Bunch is the greatest achievement in the history of civilization. It will never be equaled or topped.

Jan. Eve Plumb wasn’t that great an actress as a child or grown woman so why was she worried about being “Type Cast” ?
I heard that Eve was jealous of Maureen. Because she was prettier and that’s where writers got the idea for the Marsha Marsha Marsha episode
Rest in Peace Robert Reed, Florence Henderson, and Ann B. Davis 🙏💕🙏💕
enjoyed this .

no mention of why bobby had blonde hair after the show. he was born blonde but they dyed it for the show
They all got careers based on hair color. They got to go to Hawaii and the Grand Canyon.
Thanks For Uploading This Video tapesalvage Have A GOOD Evening Or Day! :)...........................
It took that many parts to watch a exposed documentary?
I absolutely, unabashedly, unequivocally, love the Brady Bunch. Always have and always will. Greg and Peter especially...lol.
I enjoyed all these. I was a HUGE fan of the "Brady Bunch" , but they forgot to mention cousin Oliver and Phyllis Diller, who played the ugly aunt who use to look like Jan in her younger days and later( when ugly) got tons of wedding proposals.

very good :) I Like that "Greg Brady" was dressed Like ELvis Presley (Jumpsuit) , the OSMONDs did that also :) ....
why didnt they just QUIT already...with the shitty music crap. horrible then.....and now. dumb spin moves......goofy outfits......the series was plenty groovy and far out enough man. sorry greg....you sucked big ones. eve was my girl though.
That was the style back then.
Why was the Saturday morning cartoon skipped over?
That was a mess in itself - Barry Williams said they were called in to record random dialogue with no idea where it would go in the series.
Thank you.
So they were all cast based on hair color except for Bobby who obviously had his hair dyed?
Alison Wonderland

What were they supposed to do when Eve Plumb refused to participate? Geri Reischl was a pretty girl...prettier than Eve, I think.
