I remember when a first saw this Game, in a Game Center as a Kid. I could'nt Barely read back then. But man, what an arcade machine! With gloves-like stick and nice mecanics and gameplay. Now, thanks to WOL, i can see this game again. Hopes it can be so much good on emulator as it was on the original arcade.
for reference: the cabinet is two separate cabinets (one for each player) combined into one, and there's two joysticks that resemble boxing gloves. Said joysticks are used to punch the opponent with whatever hand it corresponds with.
Remember playing this one in the arcades, anyone ever noticed that after a knockdown, the fighters always rise after 8 seconds? Quite an enjoyable game, although only one round per fight, and a piss poor ending. The CPU was very difficult to beat from the 3rd fight
Never saw this before but it looks great. I do find the green player overlay really distracting though as I want to see the opponents as they look so good..
Blue guys: Rocky Balboa Rocky Marciano Joe Frazier Tony Tubbs Red guys: Larry Holmes Joe Louis Ivan Drago Pinklon Thomas Yeah no this is halfway legit.
This game was freaking technologically dazzling when it came out in arcades

The WordArt title screen doesn't prepare you for how impressive these graphics are.
I remember playing this at my local shopping mall and seeing it on the Disney movie Blank Check
I've a feeling that this is one of those arcade boxing games with a cabinet that stands out among the rest.

@@DasNordlicht91 Guess I was thinking of that other boxing game where the monitor was on a swivel and you punched with two levers.
@@DasNordlicht91Don't forget that one was blue corner and the other one was red.
I remember seeing this and a 20 player version of Sazuka 8 hours at Disneyland back in the 90's.
I've been waiting for this!
Thank you!
it would help a lot if we knew what "title" they're fighting for

my favorite band.
This game made me lose the skin on my thumb joints, as a kid, punching away with those big controller handles 😅
Heavyweight Champ (1987) is the prequel to this game.

I knew I recognize this game back in the day😮!
What? I have seen it all!! Nobody gets past Pinky Norman.
Can’t believe the developers spelt ‘losses’ incorrectly! 😂
I remember this.🔊🦸
Are the boxers kipping up on first knockdown?

@@nixonszombie Sad that they're not really around anymore.

I actually wanna see that, a UFC MMA game with this look of Sega's Title Fight.
Сплошной мордобой 😄
I wish there were cheats for arcade games
