We love Hollywood Brown Derby. It’s one of my favourite restaurants - I just love the old Hollywood ambiance. I like that they change the menu, but it’s a double-edged sword - I really enjoyed that mushroom risotto (despite being a fellow mushroom hater) and I just can’t do a shepherd’s pie, as previously discussed. 😂 I just need one more tweak!
Wow! Princess doesn't give 5 out of 5 very often and we no she isn't a mushroom fan, so now I can't wait to try the Chorizo Spiced Mushroom Croquettes. Thank you for your awesome reviews!

We used to manage a spreadsheet and do monthly recaps but it wasn't very successful so we stopped. Plus the speadsheet upkeep was too much work for the limited time we have each day to work on it.
Bear perfect description of that Cobb salad. I have said so many times it’s way too wet! And I like chopped but it’s almost pulverized. I wanted to like it but it’s a miss for me 😊
Honestly the one time I was at Brown Derby it was disappointing and way overpriced. There are much better signature dining locations. Is Roundup Rodeo signature? Just wondered because that one is new. Are any in Batuu signature? If the new dining plan works like the old one you can also save up your signature dining to go to the 'super' signature dining locations ('super' take two signature dining credits). Might not be a bad idea to do an episode on all the dining plan options and where to find out what restaurants fall into which category.

Maybe the redemption arc is complete (at least when it comes to vegan food, maybe this is just one of those rare places where vegan food better) 🤔

Love Brown Derby. On our family trips, Mom can't get enough of Prime Time. I've taken to letting her go there, we class it up a bit at the Derby

Flying Fish is a lovely signature dining location.
Might have to go just for the croquettes and chocolate rose! They should've kept the bisque for the colder weather 🍲🌽

Hollywood Brown Derby ranks pretty low on my signature dining list, but I do have plans to try the lounge next time I'm in WDW!
The lounge is really nice, especially for people watching. They don't do discounts or serve the bread outside.

I don’t know what it is (maybe the salted butter?) but those rolls are magical. Sad to see the corn soup go, but love their commitment to seasonality.
Totally agree! We get extra rolls with our to go stuff at Brown Derby and definitely get extra rolls when we're at the buffets.

The flavorings used in Crown are not vegan.

Nope Roundup Rodeo BBQ is not signature and there is no table service on Batuu. A huge loss.

NO!!! They definitely should've done that. Also, we were given an annual passholder discount. Even the website says AP discounts are accepted.
I ate in the lounge outside, which is considered a different entity for the discount, I guess.

Had the cob salad they must have ran out of chicken two pieces of chicken and that was it my opinion all Disney food not that good
