So I got mine today and transformed him to bike mode (thank you, you helped!) and back and I found something that makes his head look a little better. It can actually sit lower - I just leaned his head forward, as if to make him look down, and THOOP! His collar sunk in. The only trouble with this is that it negates his ability to look left and right, so it's not perfect, but it IS an option. And as we all know, options are good.

@CarnageCreations I reached out MMC directly on Facebook and I paid I think $15 bucks and had the new part in about a week.
