- We were riding in notch for speed and less work for deck crew, at locks, My first lock after departing Catoosa loaded. About one or two feet of water under boat made for tricky handling. Made the next ten, textbook.
They should put Teflon slides on the lock walls. Good job Capt. Kyle.
Sure is a tight squeeze. Good job captain
Love it! need a new bumper lol
That is difficult answer.
The Gregory is like riding a bike for me. I have quite a few trips on that boat. I'm very familiar with boat and crew.
The Conway was like a new toy.
Both have their positives.
Geeze that is some badassery at the sticks sir.
Great job Kyle. Anyone can do it when things are straightforward. But it takes skill and nerve when they're not. BTW Good talk in guy .
+Alan Hill it was definitely less than pretty. The mate was a good one for sure. He is a pilot now.
Looks like lock 17 on verdgris river in oklahoma
@@riverrat0154 it is!
Be nice if you could pan back a ways so we could see what you're up to with the controls
Takes a lot of patience...
You have got driving skills sir! How many years at the helm for you?
thats why they put them metal strips in concrete so you can slide them barges in
Standing by at Catoosa right now.
Beautiful jobs! Where is Lock 17?
Which do you prefer to run, that boat or Gregory David?
What is that occasional hissing noise that sounds like a semi truck air dryer?
Air on throttle.
is the guy talking you in on the front of barge ?

+Jesse Bateman no Bubba, but fellas did good. Both guys on the head calling me were on their 3rd trip. Darn good for green hands
