You can actually auto defeat the enemies.. if you're a high enough level, or powerful enough, just fly into them at max speed, they'll instantly die, and you get the Orbs and the Experience for it... You level CRAZY fast with XP giving food and stuff
Haha nice I'm new( and really late ) and I was cautious enough to look up guides before I got too far into the game. I'm surprised people still give advice on it I'll keep that in mind thx.
Extra tip on the barrel role move. You can use it like a triple jump. So time it 3 in a row and you'll do a really big one at the end. And each of the 3 chained barrel roles will have an increasingly large grab-box to grab as many orbs as possible, while also giving you a gradual speed boost as you do them. It's super useful in locations with high concentrations of orb trails. Instead of super boosting across the map, slow down and do some triple-barrel-roles and you'll pick up a ton of orbs without needing to be precise at all. I was doing this as soon as I discovered the move early on, and before the Saiyan Saga had even ended, I was already well beyond the point of ever needing to farm orbs. And by post-game I'm well above 100,000 of each of the 3 main types.
1. You can jump like Mario from Super Mario 64 if you do a triple jump. It's also useful for moving short distances. 2. Like with the triple jump, while flying, you can hit triangle or Y three times in a row and you will go faster after each barrel roll. Also useful. 3. When you eat something, I'm pretty sure the permanent effect only effects whoever is in your party(everyone available to you), which is why I personally usually wait until intermissions to eat better or full course meals. The temporary effect effects whoever you are using and carries over.

Another great tip : max bulma's development community, upgrade the car and robot to max level, and then remove all the emblems. The reason to do this is because the vehicle's level will not decrease even after you remove all the emblems. in other words, after maxing your car's and robot's level, the bulma community becomes completely useless. And a really great tip too, training room number 10, the one that gives the 0 ki usage transformation, gives you an insane amount of exp, so if you keep spamming that training 10 or training level 9, 8 (whichever you can clear in around 10-15 seconds) will be the fastest way to level up ( 25%+ exp meals from chichi also help, including the 100% exp bonus from the training community ) Edit: I forgot to mention, this is also the fastest way to gain Zeni in the entire game, I made a video on my channel explaining everything, but basically sell the "Ultra Healades" you obtain from training levels 9 and 10. They sell for 8750 Zeni each ( if you have adult community to level 8, they will sell for 10500 each ). Meaning you will be able to gain over a million zeni in under an hour by doing this method, at the same time as gaining insane amounts of exp.

@@thewhitejawa You should only worry about communities after story. I'd say do sidequests before you miss them, but time machine patch is coming out soon, so don't worry about missing any off them. Yamcha with the taunt ability is the best party member. You can make it so the taunt lasts until he gets it again. So you will never be targeted the whole match
I keep noticing that no one mentions that you can hyper fly right through mobs and kill them thus you can just spam flying around and leveling super fast. It’s excellent for early game as Gohan, I got Krillin and Gohan past 30 in like half an hour flying over the Kami House…
When a boss or sub boss is using a beam attack, if timed correctly with your beam attack, you will cause a clash where to win the clash you will have to press either X or Square repeatedly until you win the clash, note some beam attacks cannot be clashed with or against certain beams, clashables are Galic beam, Kamehameha, Masenko. Possibles are Super Special Beam cannon, and final flash.
I know that I'm late to the party. I bought this game a few years ago and never got around to it. But in light of recent events, it's time that I beat it. Akira Toriyama was a big part of my childhood. So I appreciate your video mate. I'll use the tips and tricks well.
The tip at 3:00 was life saving, i was tapping triangle while flying fast so it never worked. 3:45 was also fucking wonderful THANK YOU. I've just been letting the food sit around omgggg. and those end video tips omg, dude. i gotta leave this video open for a bit for reference points lol. TH-cam recommended ftw
I'd say it doesn't really have the same flair as Buu's Fury or Legacy of Goku 2 :D Just because the Games just completely focused on 1 or maximum 2 arcs of the story so they had to go more into depth there. + some scenes are missing in DBZ Kakarot sadly :/ Like the punching machine scene in the world tournament, or the hyper saiyan Trunks vs Cell
You forgot one of the ends of the basic combo strings. If you end a basic combo string with x (or a if you are on xbox) you can end your combo with a staggering hit that leaves the opponent infront of you for short range special attacks such as Shining Slash (which has a tendency to miss when used at the end of other combo strings)
step 1: go to the beerus dlc step 2: farm until you get a lot of ultimate water step 3: overlevel everyone step 4: be overpowered step 5: create a new save and actually play the game while having fun this time
I bought the game and never realised the normal story would end at Buu saga. Bandai really wants us to spend another 20$ on buying other DLC(other sagas). I wish I knew this earlier as I thought it would be all the sagas which is quite sad. Hope this helps others!
Is that like when you beat the game you can start a new one and keep your levels and moves and stuff like that, but all the enemies are stronger? If so, YES
I'd like an option to disable the permanent affects of food, proper enemy level scaling to your lv (lv250 enemy doesn't feel like they're lv250), and a difficulty slider.
what i leaned pretty early in the game ,that if you fly through the trashmobs (flying with using ki) in the open world and bump them you still get the victory rewards in full . (only works if you have a higher level than them)
Eternal Champ that is exactly why cuz no one is going to actually grind to be the same level as the bosses by the time they fight them (that would take hours or days of grinding level 100 or 75 training) so it will take an extremely long time to beat them. You’re going to be losing a lot of ki transformed unless you have an auto super saiyan. You will easily be saving 1k+ ki during the battle. The Vegito boss tier 2 has 220 million hp, which takes 15-30 minutes depending on level, items, starting hp, and other items. What makes it worse is that when you’re a little lower fighting these bosses (like level 105-115) assists using ki blasts do 1 damage (unless it’s Goku’s dragon fist) so that is losing sooo much damage (Z combos still do good damage) and I even your ki blasts do nothing (hence why I main Goku as my player) so being able to spam dragon fist on level 170+ enemies where your ki blasts have no effect and your ki drains very quickly, auto ssj is a life saver
@@koolstool yup pretty much spot on with everything you said. i think i cleared level 200 vegito with level 195 goku, 194 vegeta and 186 picollo party and it was pretty easy although it did take a while but i don't think it took more than 10 minutes (not even sure if it took that long) with the auto ssj3. Had picollo and vegeta always spam their aoes when support was available and dragon fist is broken as fuck on goku :)).
Eternal Champ I didn’t bother grinding to get that high of a level (I was just high enough for auto ssj3 and PU) so it took a long time. I ended up using items, food, and even ended up saving just in case I got absolutely rekt. I ended up winning but it didn’t feel right cuz I used items (like the dude in the video said he didn’t like using buffs he just wants his own overwhelming power and I’m the same way) so I’m re-beating the tier 2 enemies after boosting my characters
@@koolstool yeh understandable. the grind is not that bad even at level 210 (that's my current level) it takes literally about 2 minutes to get a level in the training room level 10 with max xp from community and a stacked mass level 5
4:26 three actually press the X/A button it does a low damage multi hit that doesn't knockback, and for some characters there combo extenders change throughout the game like Gohan when you first play as him in a fight his ki blast combo extender doesn't knockback. You can do them in the middle of the square spam or at the start
If you’re flying through the air fast, you’re able to hit the enemy’s, rather than going to fight them. You get the same exp and orbs as if you had fought them.
Omg, I figured out the Turtle School Training thing when I was Vegeta after the Frieza saga, literally sat there for 5 minutes just getting bombarded with surprises, I flipped after the amount of metals I got lol
Also, you can slide a physical super attack (like body blow/massive strike/dragon flight) in the middle of a normal combo, it's very useful for breaking the stun meter on the enemy or poising through a weaker attack.
I learned one thing on this video an that’s first person driving an that was sick as hell!!! Also guys talk to random ppl all the time like go to Yamahas house an talk to puar or pilaf an Gang or talk to ppl in relationships they give super rare items an a lot of dialogue
Ive figured all this stuff out pretty fast especially the fact that you could just use camp fires to heal, a lot of the functionality is just optional.
One tip I discovered while playing is that you can instantly kill lower level enemies by using your boost right before the enemy reaches you to engage in a battle. The boost trick for an instant victory & experience only works on lower level enemies and will not work on higher levels.
The achievement Hunter community doesn't really appeal to me that much. What makes games great is that when you play a game after a long time, you will most of the time find something new but when you do absolutely everything it kills all incentive to go back to the game but that's just my opinion.
A 120 hour full playthrough is going to mean a lot more to me than a 30 hour shit one where i barely do anything. and its going to mean a HELL of a lot more than 4 30 hour playthroughs over 10 years or whatever. if a game is great fun thats reason enough to play again. for me, nothing compares to that satisfaction of looking back on your journey at the end of your playthrough and seeing everything youve found and accomplished. i havent just beaten a game to see the ending in over 20 years.
a tip for friendship/community levels. in West area the city above west city. there is an gold airway by a a huge hill kinda like a ramp going up to it... You go through that and there is an Ultimate Awakening Water. which gives +8 to all proficencies and +20 to friendships. The cool thing is after you get it. save and reload and it will be there again. over and over. Another area is the Continental plains area. another golden airway has an ultimate awakening water.
@@alexcosta2614 I should mention it also depends on how far you've gotten in the story.. So at if your earlier point you might only get a normal awakening water. If I remember right I was either in the Cell saga or Buu saga..
I had to teach all my friends to escape. I was just kinda getting the feel on the first day, and it still has its Xenoverse aspects with a mix of battle of z and naruto game style
The best tip of all that no one mentions is that you can cancel block any and all attacks infinitly by pushing guard then square even in the middle of the enemy combo :D
I was kinda hoping to see any soul emblem recommendations to match with certain characters but I would assume you can use gifts to level them up anyways & how about for meal courses from Chi-Chi? I never really knew how to unlock more recipes
When you do a smash extension in a battle with multiple enemies, you can smash every enemy in the battle and send them fly away all around the map while you are in that same smash extension ahaha once you start your smash extension just right before you hit the enemy you point with the right analog stick to another target and your character will fly straight long to that enemy, and then continue pressing L2+SQ --> Circle and then point again to another enemy and repeat and repeat till your ki goes empty. It looks very cool how all enemies are scattered all over the map while you continue hitting them 👌

Ehh this game is fairly easy for completion but I'd be lying if I said your tips didn't help me - I'm on emperor frieza lvl 17 and took out elite NPC's lvl 29 used full meal buffs rinse and repeat hella stacked now haha but don't listen to the haters below I'm a new youtuber rn nobody knows me yet but one day in the near future I'm going to be a household name here I'll always remember your videos for the knowledge you gave me. Really though, I just fly around at super speed and kill all the enemies without stopping to engage in combat. Spin in a circle if you're having a hard time hitting them and its easy XP. Did it on accident but its easily the best way to gain levels and z orbs in the early game.
4:25 you can end the combo 3 other ways not 2. Triangle or Y, square or X, and X or A. The X or A isn't as useful as the others but it's still an option that wasn't mentioned.
Something everyone should know is if you super speed fly into an enemy 5 levels lower you will instantly kill them. This is the fastest way to grind levels by far. Up vote this so everyone can see it. Its so crucial.

2) Training level 10
3) Cooking level 10
4) Z warrior or Adventure, whichever you prefer
5) Adult ( you technically don't need any emblems in this until you sell anything, so make sure to move all your emblems in there to get it to level 8 (or 9 when buying items) only when selling/buying items, then put the emblems back in other communities)
6) God community is pretty useless, but if everything else is maxed, fill it up I guess.

Woah, woah. Kakarot is fun and all, but it's not God's work like the two games you mentioned. Let's not blaspheme in the comments section lol

@@elliottblair31 never heard anybody talk bad about those games besides you
Wow i didnt know about the escape and im already 55 hours in the game, thanks for the help
You forgot one of the ends of the basic combo strings. If you end a basic combo string with x (or a if you are on xbox) you can end your combo with a staggering hit that leaves the opponent infront of you for short range special attacks such as Shining Slash (which has a tendency to miss when used at the end of other combo strings)
step 1: go to the beerus dlc
step 2: farm until you get a lot of ultimate water
step 3: overlevel everyone
step 4: be overpowered
step 5: create a new save and actually play the game while having fun this time
If you stun break any enemy and combo them you do a cool animation and you do an extra animation if you end with a beam like manseko or kamehameha
I bought the game and never realised the normal story would end at Buu saga. Bandai really wants us to spend another 20$ on buying other DLC(other sagas). I wish I knew this earlier as I thought it would be all the sagas which is quite sad. Hope this helps others!

Dan Gamer Is the enemies remain the same, won’t that make the game too easy/boring? Or do you mean their levels go up or sum?
2:48 push triangle and you'll spin and grab em all 😆
I really wish this game had a AI difficulty setting. Right now it's too easy and there's no point in grinding or even eating
Agreed
Just don't use healing items and it's way harder
I'd like an option to disable the permanent affects of food, proper enemy level scaling to your lv (lv250 enemy doesn't feel like they're lv250), and a difficulty slider.
@@hatchell18 No one really needs to heal unless you take Unbridled. It's super attack spam that makes the game too easy.
I agree. But you know the Gamers nowadays. If a game is challenging, it's not good and they don't like it.
what i leaned pretty early in the game ,that if you fly through the trashmobs (flying with using ki) in the open world and bump them you still get the victory rewards in full . (only works if you have a higher level than them)
Tbh max starting ssj is extremely valuable for the villainous enemies because they have over 100 million hp on some bosses at tier 2
not to mention you no longer lose ki when being transformed which makes it even better.
If you end the combo with a ki blast then you can immediately follow it up with a super without any delay .
I have beaten this game three times without knowing you had to equip passive abilities. You sir earned your like and subscribe.
Stupid ass
If you’re flying through the air fast, you’re able to hit the enemy’s, rather than going to fight them. You get the same exp and orbs as if you had fought them.

I legit didn’t do this after I beat the game & beat Mira & Towa. I was there for 15 min just getting tons of stuff😂😂
When you boost up with tri angle u can do it three time in a row for a big loop. An with the combos x is a finisher as well

Great tip. It's way easier than farming awakening waters with the dragon balls
@@alexcosta2614 I should mention it also depends on how far you've gotten in the story..
So at if your earlier point you might only get a normal awakening water.

During the spam while you press O or B to battle, if you press X or A a few times, you'll do a little teleportation barrage.
You also get a different combo if you press x (doge button) during one
4:30 you can also press A/X to do a finisher that'll keep them in place. Letting you easily land those melee supers
It looks very cool how all enemies are scattered all over the map while you continue hitting them 👌
I love this game it’s repetitive but it’s so nostalgic I feel like I’m 12 playing budokai 3 or tenchiachi 2-3
Nah, this would just be "story" in those games. They would also have a general fight mode and a tournament mode with a crazy amount of playable characters
Granted a game of that size is significantly more expensive to make today due to how much time is required to animate and model everything.

Perfect title. Absolutely perfect.
