I believe the rat synergy does prevent rat from stealing stuff. But for that to be useful you'd have to get all 4 rat items without going to the rat floor since killing the rat has the same effect. :P
When I first played this game junkan beat the dragun for me.

Blindfolded punch-out is one of my favorite things to watch at GDQ, so I thought it would be fun to watch Reto (At least attempt to) do the rat punch-out blindfolded. I was thinking it would be fun to see on stream, since there IS a face cam. Great to see the attempt here tho XD
Junkan!
I once did a rainbow run with the robot, got ser junkan, gold junk and baby good mimic.... Absolute breeze of a run
Did you get junkan from the rainbow chest? I've never gotten him as a chest break drop and I'm not sure you can in rainbow mode yet. I've only ever had him in a rainbow run by starting with him as Paradox
@@lemlem35 nah not from a rainbow chest, just from junking a normal chest, its only happened to me once and I've done a lot of rainbow runs too...
@Kael Sanford you got me questioning myself, but I just went on the forums and there are other people that claim to have had it too... Must be either extremely low chance or a bug but it does happen...
But every time a item drops from the chest bowler takes it and leave the note, why would he not take junken
@@luizotaviobotegadias1177 he doesn't take regular junk or golden junk...see junkan appears as regular junk in the menu...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA IM SAD i was watching this video and playing enter the gungeon BUT I WAS GOING TO THE PAST BUT INSTEAD I ACCIDENTLY WENT TO HELL AND DIED TO THE LAST PHASE OF LICH AAAAAAAAAAAA
The items not easily dropping into the sell creep's area is a bug introduced in FTA update. The object that spawns him now also creates pit cells under him and flags them as floor cells until the secret floor entrance for R&G is activated. Problem is, they do the pit cell creation on all floors he appears on and not just the special room he spawns in on 4th floor.
So as a result item debris objects you try and toss towards him think they are dropped near a pit and bounce away and this forces you to get right up over it to force them in.
My ExpandTheGungeon mod fixes this bug. I hook the ConfigureOnPlacement method called by the placable object that spawns him and make it check that it's on the correct floor and in the correct room before creating pit cells. This resolves that bug. ;)
I'm new to this game, whats the benefit of going through the secret floors compared to the regular floors? is it just extra credits?

Today i had one of those as well starting out with junkan as a boss reward on the first floor, as well as clown mask(giving the owl-like companion) from a chest. Continuing on to give me baby good mimic in the oubliette, i dropped clown mask(to force the mimic to become a SECOND junkan), picked up baby mimic, then picked the clown mask back up. Then giving me one of those shops that sell blank related items with the gold ammolet in it, which made the familiar from the clown mask pretty powerfull. By the end of the abbey of the true gun only one piece of junk missing to get the final level for both junkans, also Old king's reward being fat bullets. Honestly the Double junkan probably would've killed everything for me at that point(well aside the second phase from the rat fight where they just decided to chill around below the mech and do NOTHING). Sadly the game just wouldn't want to give me blank bullets(though to be honest that just would've been broken as hell), really that just would've been amazing to get.
I think i figured out why the rat transformation and killing the rat both grant the ability. Does getting the eliminator as the gunslinger grant the rat transformation without the other items? Cause then it would make sense rather than just being repetitive.
It’s a great video either way but I love seeing you play as many special floors as possible
