My favorite, okay well, one of my top 5. LOL! TRUTH. I have her in two colors, Palm Springs Blonde & Venice Blonde. PSB is my favorite JR BLONDE, THUS FAR. I am thinking of buying both Miranda and Rachel! Christmas is coming, right? Lol. Thanks, CHRISTIE.

Hello can you tell me if your wig came out of the boxi soft/silky and you can run your fingers through it with no tangles? I just bought the Rachel lite and received it yesterday. It feels rough and I can't pull my fingers through it without it catching or tangling. It wasn't in the hair net but it had a couple of bobby pins attaching it to the box. It honestly looked used and older. It didn't have that smooth look or feel. Also, when I did put it and tried to comb it to smooth it out, there was so much shedding, like ALOT. There were so many fly away hairs that just wouldn't tame down. I have bought several Jon Renau wigs from Patty's Pearls (usually the Fiery Heat Defiant Wig) and all have been silky smooth that I could wear them straight out of the box.
Mine was soft but fibers can change for manufacturers as well. I would reach out the the retailer you bought it from with pictures and see if they can reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf. ❤️
